Chapter 58 Jeissie's problems

Jessie's P.O.V.

Jessie was in her den sleeping beside her egg when it started to shake she woke up startled and watched as it hatched. It had been three days since she had given birth to it.
Please don't be shiny...
She silently pleaded but to her disappointment, she saw silver fur instead of brown and a shiny Eevee stared up at her. Jessie felt a few tears in her eyes as the little Eevee snuggled up to her crying for milk.
She licked it on the head "Come my little sweetheart it's ok Mommy will keep you safe." She warped her feelers around it wounding.
Hmm, boy or girl... please be a girl.
But again she was disappointed when she checked and saw that she had a son, not a daughter.
All well this is my son and I will not let Denny find him.
Finally, the Eevee finished eating and gaped its tiny mouth wide in a yawn and then fell asleep beside her purring. Jessie felt a huge wave of affection for him. "I promise nothing bad is ever gonna happen to you, my son." Then she laid her head down on her paws feeling worried.
I can't stay here... Denny will find me eventually... will he try to kill his son if he finds out he's a shiny?.... he's too young to travel but I can't take that risk I need to do what's best for him.
She closed her eyes and fell back asleep.

The next day she got up and nudged her son awake with her paw. "Come on little one it's time to get up now." The little Eevee opened its tiny eyes looking at her. "mm..mm." She licked him on the head a few times then got up and headed outside. The shiny Eevee slowly got up and followed her looking confused and sad he started to cry and she grabbed him by the scruff. "Shh it's ok, it's ok Mommy's got you." He stopped crying and tried to speak "mm..mo.. Mommy." She smiled.
oh, he called me mommy already!
Then a familiar scent hit her nose and she felt scared.
Denny, oh no he's close by I have to get out of here before he finds us!
She started running then she heard him yell. "JESIISE!!" Feeling scared she ran up to the tall grass and tucked her Eevee in trying her best to hide him. "Stay right there ok moms coming back just stay hidden and don't come out." He looked scared "Momy?... ok?" She turned away and ran over to where she saw Denny approaching. "Denny..." She said feeling nervous seeing the unfriendly look on his face. "I found you... you thought you could get away." His voice was cold and Jessie felt worried as he glanced at her belly. "You had the egg? Where is it?" She felt a stab a Paine not knowing what to do. "Denny, please... I still love you let me sit beside you again please." He glared at her. "No, you lied to me! You know it will never work out. And I'll never forgive you!" He jumped on her pinning her down. "You used me for power!" She frowned. "Yeah, I did fall for you because of that. Do you really need to kill every shiny?" He growled slowly nodding his head. "Are you really gonna ask that to a guy who is trying to murder his brother? YES!" She giggled a little which seemed to irritate him a bit more. "Hehe, Denny you do know this is foolishness right? I mean I get it you hate shiny Pokemon but let's be real. You'll never be able to wipe them out entirely it's just simply impossible." He towered over her growling. "Maybe so but that's not gonna stop me from trying anyway. And one step to success is to kill off any shiny DNA possible which still includes you." Jessie felt her heart rate increase as he unsheathed his claws. "Denny, don't do this... I know you still love me. I promise to stay loyal to you just let me be beside you! We can make this work."
His eyes grew wide with shock. "How can you be ok with this?! What's wrong with you Jessie?"
She smirked. "I like being in control. We were a good team before. Let's just pretend this whole little incident didn't happen. I can disguise myself and no one has to know." She got closer to him. "It can be our little secret." She whispered placing her paw on his which he reacted instantly. "DON'T TOUCH ME!!" He struck her across the face. "Don't you get it? It will never work! You already broke my heart, Jessie! All I want now is my kid." She flinched as he dug his claws into her. "Where is it?" She started crying. "No, I'll never tell you!" She whined as he dragged his claws along her torso drawing blood. Jessie let out a scream as he continued to cut her with his claws. "PLEASE, STOP!!" He finally stopped as the Eevee began crying. Jessie was horrified as he smiled. "There it is." He got up and started making his way towards it. Jessie panicked and used a moon blast on him. "NOOO!! I won't let you hurt him!" she screamed as her mother's instinct kicked in. He got mad and used hydro pump and then knocked her back down. "Fine, I'll kill you first." Jessie began thrashing around but he was stronger and overpowered her holding her down. "Don't fret Jessie our kid will be just fine. I'll take good care of it." He said calmly to her raising his claws getting ready for the kill. There were tears in Jessie's eyes. Then the little Eevee ran out from its hiding place. "Mommy!!" Denny suddenly stiffened on top of her and stared at him in disbelief as he ran up to them and then froze staring at Denny in utter fear and began crying.
Denny slowly got off of Jessie and just stared at his son with a blank expression on his face.
