Fredrick and Denny both lay in the snow unmoving blood covering the snow.
The vaporeon shifted and slowly got up feeling dizzy.
'I'm... I'm alive.... but how?.' He looked at Fredrick "Hey Fredrick.." he moved him lightly and a cold chill ran through him the shiny Flareon was cold and still.
Denny felt his heart pounding hard in his chest.
"N...no.... no, no please you can't do this, You can't!" He overlooked Fredrick and realized. 'he took all the damage, he saved me and after all, I 'v done it to him.'
Denny started crying as he hugged Fredrick tightly.
"Errr FREDRICK..!!"
The pain in his chest was too much "This is my fault it's all my fault!!"
He yelled, "WHY WHY??"
he crouched down beside the dead Flareon closing his eyes. "Fredrick I'm sorry, I'm so sorry brother you didn't deserve this it should have been me."

After laying with the Flareon for a few hours he buried him and slowly started walking away not knowing what to do or where to even go.
'If anyone finds out I'm alive I'm so screwed.' Denny ran away deciding that he didn't want to be discovered alive.
