Chapter 60 Evil Spirits

Denny's P.O.V.

Denny was pacing back and forth by his den.
Where is my brother? How long will this take before I can have my revenge?
He paused when he a Houndoom and Lycanroc approached him. With a shiny Pikachu and Jolteon.
Denny sat up. "Denny we found these two sleeping by the river. What should we do with them?" The Pikachu watched Denny worriedly while the Jolteon's fur bristled as he glared at him.
Denny ignored him. "Hmm, take them to the prison den for now. I'll attend to them later." The shiny Jolteon growled. "Excuse me? What do you mean by that? I'm an electric type. Do you really think I'm scared of you?"
"That's enough Nathan." The Pikachu said shooting him with a warning look. "I'd listen to your buddy if I were you," Denny warned. "I'd like to know why you're doing this to us?" He asked.
"Oh, I have my reasons." The Jolteon growled. "Well, it isn't right!"
"I know I just don't care," Denny replied calmly. "Let's have a one-on-one battle I bet I could kick your ass you think your so tough COME ON!!" Denny raised an eyebrow. "Hehe, you've got a lot of nerve talking to me like that what's your name?" The Jolteon raised his head. "Nathan, Now about that battle just you and me!" Denny shook his head. "You see I don't take that shit from anyone." He stood face-to-face with the Jolteon. "Especially from a shiny such as yourself. I long to make them suffer." Nathan's fur bristled. "Fight me you cowered! What's wrong? To embarrass to lose a fight in front of your followers?" He mocked. Denny narrowed his eyes. "I'm not scared of you kid. You're still pretty young tell me have you ever been to war like I had?" Nathan still locked eyes with him. "I'm going to kill you." The Pikachu looked nervous. "Nathan? That's  not a good idea we're surrounded. Besides even if you do come close to winning they're gonna cheat." Denny rolled his eyes. "Ok, if you insist we'll do this if you win I'll let you both go." Then the shiny Jolteon grew a hopeful look in his eye.
You're not going to win kid.
Denny nodded. "Ok, let's do this." Nathan nodded and without warning used Thunderbolt. Denny was ready for it though and managed to dodge it. He aimed a shadow ball at him and hit him.
Nathan gave a shocked yell by the impact of the powerful move. He scrambled back up only to be met with an iron tail. "I thought Jolteons were supposed to be fast?" He mocked. He suddenly used thunder and it struck Debby knocking him off his paws. He got mad as he tumbled on the ground. Nathan was charging up for another electric attack.
Not on my watch!
Denny didn't allow him to finish and fired an ice beam at him but Nathan neatly jumped aside and smirked. "You're not going to hurt one more shiny I'm going to be the hero to end you!" Those words suddenly gave Denny strength as he got up and lunged at him forcing him down. He unsheathed his claws and slashed at him. He gave a shocked yell. "Whoa! You can't use claws! That's cheating!"
Denny hissed. "A fight is a fight whether it's claws or moves!" He got mad and tore at Nathan's leg. The Jolteon tried to push him off but Denny was stronger and held him down. Nathen's fur spiked up and Denny backed away from him after being poked by several needles. Denny then used an iron tail on the Jolteon hitting him on the leg in which made a loud crack. Nathan screamed in agony. "MY LEG!! I think you broke it!" The Pikachu yelled. "NATHAN!! Please don't kill him!" He begged as he watched Denny slowly walk up to the injured Jolteon. "Hmm, It seems you are unable to battle I guess you couldn't beat me after all what a shame." The Jolteon dropped his head down. "Just get it over with and kill me," Denny smirked at him.
"Oh, I'm not going to kill you. Not yet anyway."
He turned his gaze towards the Pikachu. "Zeta kill that Pikachu." The Zoroark cracked his knuckles, "With pleasure." Nathan looked shocked. "Wait what? No, you can't do that! Please he's like a father to me!" Denny gave him a cold stare.
"Well then you shouldn't have picked a fight with me. This is your lesson, Larned." Zeta jumped on the Pikachu slashing his claws at his eyes. "THUNDER!!" Nathan screamed as the Pikachu lost his eyes the Jolteon tried to get up but his leg gave way underneath him he was too injured to do anything about it. Denny smiled. "Rip his head Zeta kill him." Nathan looked horrified, "NOOO PLEASE!!" Too late Zeta sank his claws in Thunders's neck tearing his thraot opend and slicing his head off his shoulders Nathan started crying uncontrollably. "Good riddance, another shiny down," Denny grunted. Nathan stood up and wiped his tears away. "What is wrong with you all?" He yelled glaring around. "This Vaporeon just decapitated an innocent Mon! Why are you listening to him?!" He glared right at Zeta. "Why did you do that? Hu?" Zeta shrugged. "Eh, eh cause it felt good." Nathan's mouth dropped and Denny growled. "Take him to the prisoner den." Nathan got mad as more Pokemon surrounded him. "You may kill me but one day someone will put you in your place!" Denny swiped him across the face with outstretched claws. He leaned close to the shiny Joltein and hissed. "Tomorrow will be your turn to die next!" Nathan met his gaze. "So be it then." He was then carried off to the prison den.
Denny marched off on his own after and headed for the river. Once he reached it he dived right in.
I miss Charlie, I hope they find the rest of Fredrick's group soon.
Denny closed his eyes and waited for sleep to come.
