Nakakaboring na.

Sabi ni daddy ay tapos na ang shoot kahapon, pero heto ako ngayon, nakaupo sa harap ng mirror at tinitignan ang reflection ko para sa another shoot.

Sabi ni dad, half day at makakapasok na din daw ako mamayang hapon sa Delcroix. PE uniform tuwing Friday, so I guess it would be more comfortable.

It was 8:00 am, at sigurado mag-uumpisa na ang classes. Haaaay.

I sighed, before hearing a knock on my dressing room door.

"It's open," I said, and then the door opened.

'Yung assistant na nagdadala sa akin sa kung saang part magshoshoot is nandito na. Ano nanaman kayang kahibangan ang shoot ko?

Tumingin muli ako sa reflection ko.

I'm wearing a coat, and I look like I could be in Burberry. Ugh. Pero this is not Burberry I am modeling for. Teen Vogue. As much as it sounds extravagant, naboboring ako. I wanted to be the one behind the camera, not in front of the camera.

"Mr. Solace? Follow me," sabi nung babaeng assistant, and then I smiled before nodding.

Galing din naman. My parents convinced Vogue to do their next shoot here in the Philippines. Wow naman. Not.

Ingungudngod lang nila dad ang picture ko sa cover photo sa mga friends nila. For sure.

I sighed.

I looked at what was in front of me and it was a fake night scenery kung saan nasa dark alleyway ang magmomodel. It looked wet, so I guessed na mag-aano sila ng fake rain.

Nakita naman na ako ng photographer, at ngumiti siya sa akin.

"Hello, Mr. Solace. This is where we'll capture your beauty. With Ms. Birmingham, of course." The photographer said, and I smiled forcefully.

Ms. Birmingham? Why wasn't I informed na may kasama pala ako sa shoot?

"Okay, let's start! Mr. Solace, just stand there in the middle and hold this umbrella above you and Ms. Birmingham. Fake rain, get ready. Ms. Birmingham, go to your place, please." The photographer said, and then I took the umbrella from him.

Lumingon naman ako sa Ms. Birmingham daw, and my eyes widened.

The girl had blonde hair, and she was my height. Quite tall, I guess? And then she had an innocent face. Her body looked mature for her age. I shook my head. Hoy Tavi, inosente kang bata!

Tsaka loyal ka 'di ba? Loyal ka sa camera. Business stays business, personal life stays personal life.

"Aah, yes. You two look fitting with each other. Now, Mr. Solace, hold the umbrella and stare at Ms. Birmingham as if she was your world. Ms. Birmingham, laugh while looking at him!" Sabi niya, and then we did what we were told.

After capturing a few more shots ay natapos na din kami. Nakakadrain din, ah? I usually am not napapagod every time na nagshoshoot pero kapag may kasama ka talaga na ka-age mo and ganun ang scenes? Dear God, kinakabahan ako.

Nangyari na sa ibang shoots ko dati 'yun, eh, pero the girls I work with often tells me that it looks adorable on me. Wala naman akong pakialam, kasi loyal lang ako sa camera ko.

Augh. Hindi ko natupad ang promise ko kay Gabrielle. Paano na 'yan? Wait, if one of my friends told her, I suppose it's okay?

I sighed, and then packed my things up.
