"Now, let's get to the running events!" Sabi ni Leo, at nagpalakpakan naman sila.

Nasa may track na kami, so ayun. Nagstretching na ako, mahaba-haba pa 'to. Kung pano ba naman na 1 kilometer pa ang kailangang takbuhin?

I mean, may 500 meter pa naman ako, pero bahala na. Lecheng Harvee. Iniwan ako.

"I'll surrender the microphone to Miss Louise, Auditor, tatakbo din kasi ang gwapong vice president, eh," sabi ni Leo, and I facepalmed while Louise laughed and then slapped Leo's arm.

"Sige na, just go and ready yourself. Now, let's first proceed to the 1 kilometer run, for boys!" Sabi ni Louise, and then Leo waved to the crowd and then winked at no one at all.

Leche. Ibang klase talaga si Wesley. Pero pakiramdam ko may something sa kanila ni Theia. Kokornerin ko nga mamaya. Si Theia, I mean.

"For Delcroix, we have... Harvee Hamilton! Athlete of the year, you can do it!"

They all clapped, and I sarcastically laughed.

"Boo!" I screamed, and then he looked at me, smirked, and then blew me a kiss. "Flirt!"

"Only for you!" He screamed, and then the other girls around squealed.

Hamilton, humanda ka sakin mamaya.

"For Rakuzen Academy, we have... Ymir Zin!"

Nag-ingay naman ang Rakuzen, and then a short girl ran up to him, patting his back causing him to pat her head. They looked related, though. Ewan ko lang. Baka ako lang nakakaisip.

"For Shinzen Heirs' Academy, we have... Kei Shinzen!"

[author's note: kay author lang si Kei Shinzen. walang aagaw. Or else I'll pull a Shin on you. Kidding. Or am I?]

He then smirked, waving at everyone in Shinzen and then locked eyes with me. He then grinned playfully like we knew each other, and I furrowed my brows.

Hindi tayo close.

And then, the race started.

Hay. I'm so frustrated. Kasi naman, I feel triggered na maraming other girls dito. I don't know how to steal someone's heart. Specifically, Harvee Hamilton. He seems to be the talk of the day. Also Leo Wesley. And Kei Shinzen. I need to have at least one of them like me in the span of a week.

No one can resist a Birmingham like me. Right?

Nanonood ako. Nagrarace na sila Romaine. 'Yung sa guys, si Harvee ang nanalo. As expected from a Hamilton.

Gusto kong matalo si Romaine. Gusto ko himatayin siya sa gitna. Para walang makakapigil sa amin ni Harvee. I think he's in love with me.

Haaay. I'm so pretty nga naman kasi.

I looked around. Walang kasama si Harvee and he's sweating. I need to wipe his sweat!

I'm still wearing our costume for the cheering a while ago, so he should fall for me right about now.

Once I reached him, I raised my skirt higher, my shirt, if it can even be called that, lower.

"Hey, Harvee!" I called out to him, my voice as sweet as ever.

"Oh. What was your name again?" He said, furrowing his brows, and I gasped.

He doesn't know who I am? A Birmingham? Lili Mierna Birmingham?

Oh no. This can't be.

"Cant you remember me? I'm that pretty girl you met last week," I said, and then he furrowed his brows even more.

"You aren't even pretty, to be honest. At least, on my standards. Or maybe because Sev is the only pretty one for me? Um, excuse me," he said, and then stood up, wiping his sweat with a towel and then went to jog off somewhere.

He looked so hot.

He then went to Romaine, who was the first of the ones in the one kilometer run.

I scoffed, and then went away, but in the process, I bumped shoulders with a smaller girl.

She had dark hair and dark eyes, and looked a bit like a Japanese, but still! She's pretty but I'm prettier!

"Watch where you're going, poor," I said, and then she raised a brow at me.

"Me? Poor? Then how the hell did I manage to get into Rakuzen? I'm not a Zin for no reason," she said, looking around, and then I raised my brows.

"Zin, huh? Whatever," I said, walking away.

Tapos na 'yung run ko, and then wala akong magawa. I only came in second, with that Hamilton guy being the first.

I sighed, and then went to a corner, where I took out one of Chen's hamsters, Percy yata 'yung name. Eh. I don't care.

Mamamatay din naman.

I then took out a scalpel, and then started to slice through the hamsters stomach, hearing its cries. Ahh. Refreshing.

Nagulat naman ako nang inannounce na 'yung magsisimulang game ng chess. Ano ba yan!

I just dropped the hamster, and then proceeded on sanitizing my hand and my scalpel.

It's time for some mind sport.

Mamaya na ang madugong labanan.

Nasaan na kaya 'yung mga target namin?
