It's already Friday. And sa Monday, umpisa na ng Sports Interhigh. It's really frustrating. Nasa hospital si Apollo. Wala pa si Gabrielle. Namomroblema si Romaine about the football clubs. Si Axelle, hindi matahimik. Si Leo, mas tahimik. Si Ethan, halos hindi nagsasalita. Si Vance, laging wala.

Nasa Persephone ako ngayon, looking at the flying butterflies alone when Leo came in.

"Are you bothered?" Asked Leo, and then I looked at him.

"What?" I asked, and then he sadly smiled before sitting down next to me on the bench.

"Are you bothered? You know, since there's this hamster thingy. And Tavi's in the hospital. Gabrielle is nowhere to be seen," he said, and I looked down before nodding.

"Yeah. I guess. It's crazy, with all of this happening in a span of a week. Para bang pinapakuha na tayo sa heaven. Or whatever," I said, chuckling at the end of my statement.

"Yeah. So, how about... we, uh, go out and eat something?" Leo said, and I blushed. What the hell am I thinking? He must've meant it in a friendly way.

"Uhm, sure?" I said, and then he grinned before standing up.

He then held his hand out for me to hold, and I smiled at him before accepting it.

"Jollibee?" He asked, and then I enthusiastically nodded. "Jabee lang pala katapat ni Miss President."

"So?" Sabi ko, and then he laughed.

Naglakad na kami paalis, at pagdating na pagdating namin ng parking lot is nandun na 'yung driver niya. Steve, was it?

"This is why I love you, Steve!" Sabi ni Leo, at tumawa naman ako.

"Bakla ka?" I joked, and then he pouted.

"Hindi, ah," Sabi niya, and then pumasok na kami sa car.

Nakaupo na kami sa table, at kumakain ng chicken. At least, kumakain ako habang tumatawa siya. Mag-isa. Ng hindi ko nalalaman ang dahilan.

"Hoy, bakit ka tumatawa?" Tanong ko, at mas tumawa naman siya.

"Ang cute mo kasi! Para kang batang nakakita ng candy. Alam mo 'yun?" Sabi niya, at tumawa nanaman.

"Haliparot," i muttered, and then he leaned in.

"Ano? Were you saying something?" Sabi niya, with a teasing tone, and then I pouted.

Wala akong talab sa pang-asar na 'to. Bigla namang may matandang mag-asawa na lumapit sa amin.

"Ang tamis naman ng pagmamahalan ninyo. Sana lahat ay ganyan sa kanilang iniirog," sabi nung matandang babae, habang nakaakbay sa kanya 'yung asawa niya.

"Ay, hindi po—"

"Ah, Opo. Mahal na mahal ko nga po siya," sagot ni Leo, at tumingin ako sa kanya na parang nababaliw na siya.

What was he saying?! Bakit uminit dito? Bakit ako kinakabahan? Lord, ano 'to?

"Aba, tama iyan. Ituring mo siya na parang reyna ng iyong palasyo. O siya, kami'y mauuna na. Ingatan mo ang iyong iniirog, hijo," sabi nung matandang babae, and I looked at Leo. He winked at me.
