I grabbed my overnight bag and ran up to the door, confused as to why there was another car other than Zayn's and mine in the driveway.
I knocked on the door, waiting for it to open. When it did, I hugged Zayn.
"Thanks for having me over," I smiled, adjusting the strap on my shoulder.
"Just so you know, Liam, Louis, Harry and Niall are here, too. I tried to tell them no, but they insisted," he shrugged, giving me a guilty look. I thought it would just be us.
"Oh, it's fine," I smiled, anyway. He grinned, inviting me inside.
"Pizza will be here in a few minutes or it's free," he smirked, taking my bag.
"Sweet," I commented as we walked into his living room. His parents were gone for the week, so he was having me, and his whole group of friends, over for a sleepover.
All four of them looked at me as we entered.
"You guys have met Kaylynn, right?" Zayn asked. I looked at them, knowing them from the hallways at school and what Zayn had told me.
"I've seen her before at school," Harry shrugged. I nodded, shifting my weight to my left foot and playing with my fingers.
The doorbell rang, and Zayn perked up.
"Make yourself at home, and I'll be right back," he said, leaving me in the sights of the four guys. I found them all of them attractive, but I didn't know anything about them.
I sat down in the armchair adjacent to the couch they crammed themselves onto.
"Hey," I waved, trying not to be embarrassed by my awkward nature.
"Hello," Louis smiled. I inhaled slowly, waiting for Zayn to walk in, but he didn't.
"So, what are we doing?" I asked, forcing a smile.
"Nothing," Liam shrugged, making Niall laugh at me. I looked down, shutting my mouth.
"Pizza's here!" Zayn finally announced, walking back into the room. They all got up from the couch excitedly, and I followed slowly, joining them in the kitchen.
I ate in silence, answering in my head to their silly remarks and stories. Zayn just left me be, and I felt like a girl for once; left out and unwanted in a room full of dudes.
"Hey!" Niall exclaimed as we all finished the food. "Who's up for truth or dare?" he asked, wiggling his eyebrows. I knew my decision wouldn't count, so I stayed quiet. They all agreed to play, and I sighed, feeling a little neglected.
We went back to the living room, and I sat in between Zayn and Liam.
"Who's first?" I asked, getting a look from Zayn.
"You've been quiet," he commented, nudging me with his elbow. I tried not to snap at him as my neglecting began to feel personal.
"And you've been ignorant," I countered, nudging him and saying I was only joking.
"I'll go," Louis volunteered, making me smile. "Liam, truth or dare?"
"Dare," Liam answered, smirking.
"I dare you to stand in front of all of us and give us a striptease," Louis said, making me roll my eyes. They were such guys.
He did as told, though, throwing off his shirt and starting to slide off his jeans.
"That's good, that's good!" Louis yelled, covering his eyes. I laughed, blushing a little.
"Niall, truth or dare?" Liam inquired. I turned to Niall, and he scratched his head thoughtfully.
