Lady Tsunade had given you a blueprint with a layout of the Foundation. Following that layout, you managed to find the location and were now climbing down a ladder that led underground to the Foundation's chamber. With only a few steps left, you hopped off without making a sound.

With the help of the hood of the cloak, it covered your (h/l) (h/c) hair and it would stay on for the entire duration of your stay.

You cautiously looked around before you began walking down the long, wooden platform bridge with red railings surrounding the area. It almost looked like there was a torii at the entrance but it actually wasn't because of the two beams that were connected to it. The walls were grey but with the minuscule amount of light that was coming it made it seem like the color was muave.

'Now where to go,' you thought while darting your eyes around and and keeping a stoic expression under your mask.

Once you reached the end of the bridge, you continued walking into a dark, dim lighted hallway that led to a large room where other members were seated at either eating a tray of food or making small talk. Their eyes were on you when you made your appearance but you simply ignored their stares.

'Mind your business geez.'

There were two other corridors towards the back and a gray, steel door in between. You quietly walked towards the back and took a seat at an empty table and once you did so, everyone took their eyes off you and resumed back to what they were doing.

'Now time to check this place out.' When no one was looking, you stealthily slipped out towards the left corridor.

The one thing in sight was a hallway filled with doors which you assumed were everyone's room. Towards the end of the hallway, it was pretty dim but there was a black staircase that ended up leading to the room where you had entered except you were now standing on steel platform with the same red railings from below. It allowed you to see everything from below.

From up top, you could see two people. A elder man with short black hair and bandages covering his right eye along with his forehead. On his chin, he had a x-shaped scar. He wore a black robe that dragged over his feet and covered his right arm while he held a cane in his left hand. The other was a male Root member who wore the standard uniform that everyone had to wear.

'So this is Danzo. Poor old man is going to die soon.' You were leaning against the wall and the cloak really helped you blend in with the darkness that enveloped you. There was nothing you could hear from up top so you decided to take your leave before he caught sight of you.

Before you could take a step back, his eyes instantly darted in the direction you were at and it had caused you to slightly jump.

He sent you a small glare and then spoke, "Come down here."

Without much of a choice, you jumped off the railing and landed in front of him, taking a knee.

"Yes sir?" 'Blah. I'd never bow down to this thing.' Your mask helped conceal your actual voice and came out a bit muffled.

"Why is it that I've never seen you?"

"I tend to not stand out much compared to others. That is the way I live, a life where I am rarely noticed." Your head was hanging down as you spoke with your hood still covering your hair from him.

"Since you don't stand out much, I would like to see your abilities and what you're capable of then."

'Fuck.' You wanted to bang your head against the wall, because you didn't expect to be fighting here let alone be giving him a show.

"As you wish then."

"Begone now," he said while shooing you away with his cane. You gave him one final nod before standing up and walking away to find a room to sleep in.

As you were walking away, Danzo kept his eyes on you, becoming suspicious of who you were. What made him even more suspicious was the strong aura of chakra that you emitted and contained inside your body.

He needed to know who you were because he definitely would have noticed that kind of chakra before. No one else had as much as you did.

Your kept your eyes straight ahead and didn't turn back to look at him. "First day here and I already had an encounter with him," you mumbled to yourself while opening one of the doors that led into a plain room with a bed and a bedside table along with a lighted candle on top of it.

You shut the door behind you and threw off your mask onto the edge of bed. "How can people breathe in those all day."

You unbuttoned the cloak off and placed it right by your mask before making your way under the covers. The comfort of a bed was better than trying to go out and socialize. You had no intentions of getting to know them but getting a bit of information would be beneficial. Letting out a sigh, you stared up the bare celinung before closing your eyes.

'I just have to get through another day or two in this hellhole.'
