"Hey Indra, how come you don't play with us as often as before?" I asked as I peered at his face with strands of my wavy, long (h/c) hair slightly draping over my shoulder. The three of us were sitting together on the ground that was filled with grass.

"I've been busy reading my father's books. There's so much knowledge contained in his study about Ninshu and I want to learn all about it," he replied while on the other hand Ashura groaned.

"All those words give me such a headache! I don't know how you can stand reading so much!" He desperately cried out as he threw his arms up in the air.

"You should take a break sometimes. It won't do you any good to stay cooped up in there," I sincerely gave Indra a smile and he nodded his head, considering the idea.

"Well I'm just glad we got to play together today!" Cheerfully said Ashura with a large grin plastered on his face.

"But I think I learned something," spoke Indra and he placed his hands in an unfamiliar sign and as he released his hands, he extended the palm of his hand out and there appeared a flame of fire that shocked Ashura and I.

"Woah! How did you do that elder brother?!"

"Does your father know about this?" I asked right after Ashura, but Indra shook his head.

"I was going to show him in awhile once we started heading back."

"Then let's go show him right now!" Jumped Ashura and grabbed ahold of my hand and well as his brother and pulled us where their father would be.

Indra performed the same movement with his hands and there appeared another flame of fire. Ashura was astonished once again and so were some men who were disciples of Hagoromo.

"How did you learn to do this?" Squealed Ashura with excitement in his eyes.

"When infusing Chakra to release power, I noticed that the formation of your hands make a difference. I think you can make various powers by the way you shape and combine your fingers. So I'm calling the formation of your hands "sign" and the manifestation of power "jutsu."

"That's pretty impressive," I commented and Indra smiled in delight. I glanced over at Hagoromo who stood next to me to see his reaction at his son's accomplishment but he wore a grim expression and found it unpleasant.

I pulled on his kimono and he tilted his head towards me and I ushered for him to come down to my level.

I leaned in towards his ear and quietly whispered, "You don't seem too happy about this. Did he do something wrong?"

"No child. It was merely something unexpected."

"(Y/n), come here! Elder brother said he'll teach us how to do this!"

I glanced at Hagoromo and he lightly pushed me forward to go on ahead and I did.

Indra had taught me some signs and a tiny whirlwind appeared at the palm of my hands before it vanished into thin air.

I ended up having a wind affinity and so did Ashura.

Ashura gleamed and engulfed me in a tight embrace for sharing the same affinity as him while Indra stood there staring at the two of us with a weak smile.

~The Next Day~

I was standing alongside some of Hagoromo's men inside the training area as we watched the two siblings throw some punches and kicks with Indra ultimately knocking Ashura off his feet with a final blow.

"Ashura!" I quickly stepped in with Indra and we helped him back up on his feet.

"You both did well," I said to the two and Ashura grew embarrassed and opened his mouth, "Do-"
