"(Y/n), y-you're eyes!" Pointed out Sakura in complete shock as she took a step back.

With my fresh tears streaming down my cheeks, I pulled out a kunai from my pouch and held it in front of me, staring at my reflection but more importantly into my newly developed eyes. The three tomoes had turned into three curved, sharp blades that connected with one another.

'My eyes are no longer weak, Sasuke.'

I didn't utter a single word as I placed the kunai back inside my pouch. Naruto held my arm and gently helped me up from the ground so I could stand on my own two feet. I let him continue holding onto me with his arm wrapped around my shoulder and the other on my arm as I wiped my tears with the palm of my hand.

Around the room, everyone felt sympathetic towards Naruto and I. Although Naruto didn't make a scene like I did, they knew he was in despair.

"I know it's hard to take in," softly spoke Fukasaku with his eyes closed for a second before opening them. "I wish it weren't him...but we can't change what happened."

I leaned my head against Naruto's shoulder and dully stared at the ground while Naruto kept his eyes locked on my blood red eyes and tear stained face.

Fukasaku started speaking but I zoned him and everyone else out with only one thought crossing my mind.

'Jiraiya Sensei...'

"He came upon the leader of the Akatsuki named Pain. Pain was Jiraiya-boys former student. He called him Nagato."

'Pain...Pain...' I momentarily thought as the name rung a bell, but my eyes widened and I removed my head from Naruto's shoulder as I recalled a memory.

~Flashback~

"My name is Pain. I suppose you're the child we've heard about."

~Flashback end~

'It was him...that same name from eleven years ago.' I clenched my fist in anger knowing that he not only took my family away from me but now my Sensei too.

As Fukasaku kept speaking, another thing he said caught my attention.

"He possessed the Rinnegan."

"Like me..." I mumbled under my breath, but Naruto was close enough to catch was I said.

"But there were six of them."

'So that's how they were able to bring him down.'

"Jiraiya-boy left a message before collapsing." Fukasaku removed his cloak and turned around. Inscribed on his back were three rows of numbers. He gave everyone a minute to look at it before placing his cloak back on and turning back around to face us. "I'm sure he did this to prevent Pain from noticing. I've told you everything about Jiraiya-boy."

"I wonder what he wanted to say. If we can decode this...we'll be able to understand it right?" She turned her head to Fukasaku who gave her a nod in return.

"Did you...let him go, Granny?" Cautiously asked Naruto. His eyes remained casted on the ground, waiting for an answer. The room remained silent and as seconds had gone by and he still hadn't received an answer, he lifted his eyes to look at Lady Tsunade with a brave face.

"...Yes."

On my shoulder and arm, I felt Naruto's hands clench into a fist as he gripped onto the fabric of my (f/c) shirt. He gritted his teeth and the anger was beginning to surface on his face.

"Why did you allow such a reckless thing?! You knew Pervy Sage better than anyone! His could you send him to such a dangerous place all alone?!"

"Enough Naruto!" Reprimanded Kakashi Sensei before he continued yelling at her. "You of all people should know Lady Tsunade's feelings."
