Farewell

You were in a pitch black void of darkness. You called out to anyone but only heard your low echoing voice. Cautiously walking around you squinted your eyes trying to distinguish any sort of figure or movement in the darkness.

You heard the sound of a light switch go on. Turning around quickly, there was Naruto with the only sort of spotlight shining down on him. His head hung low which allowed his spiky blonde hair to cast a shadow over his eyes.

Hearing more switched turn on, you turned around in a full circle and saw your friends lying on the floor coated in blood. They all stared up at you with dull eyes. Their blood leaked and merged together creating an enormous pool of blood under your feet.

"W-what's going on?" They remained silent until Sakura pointed her finger at you.

"You. Why would you attack us all? Just look at yourself." You looked down at your appearance and saw blotches of blood on your clothing and hands.

"Your powers...will bring...nothing but destruction," coughed out Neji.

"You're the reason for this," said Tenten as she accusingly stared at you.

"No! It's a mistake!" You waved your hands frantically, denying her accusation.

"(Y/n)." Behind you, you heard Naruto's serious voice. You turned around to face him, but the moment you did you were met with a crimson tail impaling your stomach.

Your eyes had widened as you noticed Naruto wasn't his regular self. Instead he was in his tailed beast transformation.

He leaned in close to your ear and whispered venomously, "She's right...you're a monster for having to do that to your own friends. You're killing and betraying us...then you're going to leave us just like Sasuke and....just like how you left your family to die."

You were taken aback by his words. You wanted to forget everything that was happening at the moment. You clasped both hands around his tail and forcefully yanked it out. You let out painful grunt as you stumbled a few steps back, crouching on the ground and covering your blood-dripping, hollow stomach.

A shadow had emerged and began to hover over you. Your head slightly turned to see what was behind you. Behind you, Kasumi had stepped out and viciously stared down at you. Her gleaming eyes had a fiery passion of distain.

"We can't have you causing any more chaos here. A child that could doom the future. You remind me of a someone many millenniums ago. Benevolent at first yet soon turned cold-hearted and deadly. This is the end for you!"

Her eleven tails were gracefully casted above you, until they were sent crashing down at an incredible speed. You could only watch in horror as they started approaching you.

"Die!"

Your eyes had shot open and you sat upright on your bed. Beads of sweat were running down your face and your hair was slightly damp. The sound of your beating heart was heard in this eerie silence. You placed a hand over your chest and evened out your breathing. Taking a deep breath you laid back down remembering about the dream.

'I wouldn't do that...right?' You stared up at your ceiling and glanced out the window. The sun was already rising and you wouldn't be able to sleep anymore, so you started getting out of bed to prepare yourself for the day.

*Timeskip*

Instead of dressing in your normal ninja attire, you decided to wear casual clothing which consisted of (type of attire). Looking at the mirror one last time you made your way out of the door.
