My hand slid down the wall as I tiredly gave up from trying to destroy it from the inside.

"Fucking Sasuke," I loudly sighed and felt my body stiffen from being inside this cramped place. "The least he could've done was make this thing bigger."

'How long will I be stuck in here?'

I mulled over the thought and had nothing to do in here besides overthink or talk to myself.

As I was sitting with my knees propped up and my body crouched over with my forehead touching my knees, I felt my body grow a bit weak and started to lose my energy.

"W-What's happening? Is he... taking my chakra?!" I shot my head up but as I did, a wave of fatigue washed over my body and it grew difficult to move a muscle.

"Just... how much of it does he need? He's.. gonna kill me at this rate...!" I rested my head against the wall and slowly closed my eyes as I let the fatigue take over my body.

~Mini Timeskip~

An orangish yellow light cracked through this darkened place and that tiny ray of light shined on my face. I groggily opened my eyes and shifted my head to avoid the light. More light shined through and the rocks that kept me caged in were crumbling into tiny pieces.

My eyes widened at the sight of it coming down and the next thing I knew, the entirety of the rubble crumbled and I felt nothing under me to hold me up.

I shrieked from the immediate fall and I was left falling down the sky. The surface was rapidly coming into view and I braced myself for the impact as I landed in a shallow pool of water.

The water splashed around me and soaked my hair and clothes. I groaned and rolled over onto my shoulder as I hissed from the pain my body was experiencing from the fall and rough landing.

I stayed on the ground for a few minutes to ease the pain before I got up on my feet. I was standing inside a bowl shaped crater and there was streams of grey smoke surrounding the area. There was hardly any sign of life left on this terrain. The sun was slowly rising over the horizon with its warm hues basking the sky.

'Was I trapped in there for almost a whole day?'

I huffed and a scowl appeared on my face at the thought of Sasuke, but shook my head as there was an important matter at hand.

I had to go look for them.

I got out from the crater and from afar, I could see two broken statues and a cliff in between it and realized where I was.

The Valley of the End

I ran in the direction of the half broken statues and called out their names, but I didn't hear a response from either of the two.

'Please don't let me be too late!"

I halted once I was at the edge of the cliff that had little water steaming down of what use to be a waterfall. My (e/c) eyes traveled downward and instantly saw a patch of blonde and jet black hair.

The two boys were lying beside each other on top of a piece of the broken statue which were two hands in the form of a unison sign. Blood was splattered on the statue and they were both missing an arm.

I felt the pit of my stomach drop and my blood ran cold as I assumed the worst.

"N-No. Oh god please no!"

Images of Indra and Ashura lying dead beside each other flashed before my eyes before it fast forwarded to Madara and Hashirama.

"Don't tell me history repeated itself...!" Tears began to prick my eyes and I jumped off the cliff and landed right in front of them.

"(Y-Y/n)?" The two were awake and taken by surprise from my sudden arrival but relief washed over me and a weight was lifted off my shoulders as I realized they were alive.

"You idiots," I choked out as I wiped away the liquid from my eyes. But despite wiping them away, more came down and rolled down my cheeks.

Naruto and Sasuke sadly stared at me and wanted to reach out to me but were unable to due to the loss of their arm and feared moving their body at the moment due to the blood loss.

These tears that were falling down my face were a mix of bliss and triumph for the two boys who lay breathing before me and for my reincarnation who won't need to suffer anymore.

The cycle has been broken

Through glossy eyes, I examined the state the two were in from up close.

Naruto had a bruised eyed that remained closed with a dark shade of purple around it. There were scratch marks and dry blood on his lips and other shades of purple covering his cheek and body. His clothes were tattered and ripped and no longer had his jacket but his mesh long sleeve top. His right arm was missing with dark red blood dripping down from it.

On the other hand, Sasuke had a busted lip with dry blood at the corner and his left eye was swollen. There was a smudge of blood on his nose and had a large bruise around his right eye. There were cuts on his shirt and on his exposed chest. He lost his left arm and there was still fresh blood surrounding it.

I knelt down in between the two and placed a hand on their missing arm and began to perform medical ninjutsu.

"Thank you," sincerely said Naruto with a smile on his face and I returned it right back.

"Of course. I'm sure it must have hurt like a bitch."

"(Y/n)..." muttered Sasuke and I looked over at him and I was surprised to see his onyx eyes turning glossy. "I'm sorry....for everything."

"Damn right you should be," I scoffed and stopped using my medical ninjutsu on the two. I inhaled a deep breath and looked at Sasuke directly into his eye.

I slapped him across the face so hard that it echoed throughout the area leaving him wide eyed with a stinging red mark on his cheek. "That was for being a bitch."

"(Y-Y/n)?!" Spluttered out Naruto in disbelief as he began to prop himself to sit upright with his only good arm.

I proceeded to slap Sasuke again and an irk mark appeared on his forehead as he asked, "What was that for?"

"That was for trapping me up in the sky. You didn't think I would forget, did you?"

"No... I deserve it," he replied.

"And much more!" I angrily shouted before I averted my eyes away from him. "You have no idea what you put me through but just you wait."

"Wouldn't want to be in your shoes when that happens," said Naruto to Sasuke with a shiver running down his spine.

"But... thank you for not killing each other," I said to the two.

Naruto chuckled and rubbed the back of his head, "I just had to knock some sense into him to bring him back."

"Took awhile but it worked in the end, isn't that right duckbutt," I smirked and he slightly glared at me because of the name.

Naruto extended his arm out to Sasuke and hoisted him up on his feet.

"You guys!" Shouted a voice from up top and standing above a cliff was Sakura and Kakashi Sensei.

Sakura came down and landed right beside me and was elated to see the three of us.

"You guys are okay!" She brought us in close and engulfed us in a hug with her eyes tearing up.

A smile adorned our faces as we lightly laughed and basked in each other's company and returned the embrace.

Our team was officially reunited
