New Hokage?

"What do you plan to do Naruto and (Y/n)?"

"Naruto and (Y/n) are considered the village heroes right now. Everyone trusts them...more than me. If I do anything to them now, it will affect my appearance as the Sixth Hokage especially before the vote. But they're still Jinchurikis...and as the Hokage I need to keep them under surveillance. So...there shouldn't be any harm in capturing at least one of them," he ended with a sly grin on his wrinkled face.

Not long has passed since the destruction of the Leaf, a day at most and unbeknownst to us, problems were arising.

My team had decided to meet up and I was currently running fifteen minutes late. Surprisingly, Naruto had managed to wake up before me. As I leapt from each rooftop, a male was calling out my name.

I looked over my shoulder to see Neji quickly approaching me. I halted on top of a building and watched as he landed right in front of me.

"What's up, do you need something? And I'm kinda in a rush right now." I was only a few minutes away from where I needed to be.

"Have you heard?"

"Of...?"

He took in a deep breath before speaking. "Lady Tsunade has be relieved as Hokage. A man named Danzo has been appointed as the Sixth Hokage and has declared Sasuke as a Rogue Ninja. And...he's given the approval to hunt him down."

"What?! But why?"

Hell is gonna break loose once Naruto and Sakura hear about this.

"I don't know anything else besides that," ended Neji and I nodded my head in gratitude before changing directions and started heading towards the Hokage Office. I needed to speak with Danzo and get more information.

It's true that Sasuke is a Rogue Ninja, but he was never officially classified as one.

'Sasuke...what the hell are you getting yourself into?!"

I stormed into the office and seated there was Danzo who looked like he was expecting someone to come barging in.

"What the hell are you doing?! Why have you been appointed?! And why have you given the order to hunt Sasuke?"

"Is that any way to speak to a Hokage? You brat." He glared at me with his one visible eye and I stomped towards the desk and slammed my hands on the desk.

"You're not my Hokage," I flat out stated as I fiercely stared at him.

"So you're against me then....very well then." He snapped his fingers and about ten hooded Anbu Root members appeared in the room. Two of them grabbed each of my arms and as I tried to pull my arms away and kick their shins, another member tackled me down to the floor and I ended up lying on the ground flat on my stomach.

That person grabbed my arms and locked them behind me while he placed his foot on my head. I grunted as I felt someone else's weight on my back.
The sound of approaching footsteps were heard and a cane was brought down centimeters away from my face.

"If you're against me, then you're against the village as well."

"What?! No I-" I was cut off by Danzo who's stern voice boomed in the room.

"Throw her in the cell for conspiring against me and the village...and for trespassing!"

"What?" Two members hoisted me up from the ground and had an iron grip on my arms. I looked at Danzo with eyes wide not believing that this was currently happening.

"What the hell are you planning?!" I waited for some sort of explanation for all this, but all I received was a punch to the face. I spat the blood from my mouth onto the floor and glared at everyone in sight.

"Don't take me for a fool. I know that was you disguised as one of the Root members back then. There are only three people who have a Sharingan and only two who have them in both eyes and one of them being here in Konoha. You."

He turned away from me and with his hand he dismissed me. "Get the Jinchuriki out of my sight."

"HEY!" I shouted as they proceeded to handcuff and chain my wrists together which ended up suppressing my chakra. They dragged me across the room as I squirmed around trying to fight back.

"It's for your own good as a Jinchuriki and another thing....Sasuke has joined the Akatsuki," was the last thing I heard before I was shoved out the door and taken away.

I was thrown inside a jail cell and before I could get up, the cell door was locked. I tightly gripped the cold metal bars and shook it in anger. "LET ME OUT!"

They ignored me and left the dimly lit area, ultimately leaving me alone. The only thing in this cell was a bed that was seated in the corner against the wall.

They can't expect me to stay here forever. Sooner or later, my teammates will start to wonder where I'm at.

But Sasuke joining the Akatsuki? No way...but then again he's capable of anything. He killed Itachi for crying out loud.

But joining the one organization that caused all my suffering was just...I don't know.

I let go of metal bars and plopped myself on the rigid bed. Despite having my wrists chained, I tried to muster up a jutsu but nothing would appear.

Half an hour had gone by as I quietly sat here staring at the wall. My ears perked at the sound of faint footsteps that were slowly growing louder.

I stood up from the bed and peeked my head into the light before I saw someone that I knew.

"Sai!" My face lit up once I saw him on the other side, but I then noticed the Anbu Root member that stood behind him. Sai glanced at me before turning around to face the Root member.

"Lord Danzo has tasked me with keeping an eye on (Y/n) and Naruto, so I'll watch her from here on out." He extended his hand and received a pair of keys in the palm of hand. He placed them inside his pocket and the Root member left the scene.

Sai walked over next to the cell and had his back against the wall as he stood guard of the area.

"Sai are you still on our side or-"

"Shh!"

It stayed quiet for a few minutes before he grabbed the keys from within his pocket and unlocked the bar door. He stepped inside and unlocked the chains and cuffs that were on my wrists.

"The coast is clear. I made sure there wasn't anyone around. But you have to go now."

"Thanks Sai! I owe you one!" I rubbed my wrist and I could feel my chakra returning.

"Naruto, Sakura, and I are near where you guys were supposed to meet. We'll see you there." His body splattered into ink and dripped onto the floor.

I didn't think too much of this as I ran out of the cell and made my escape.
