Laying in the back of an old pick-up truck, you stare at the black sky that's scattered with glittering stars. You feel a shiver run through our body at the night air, causing Luke's arm to tighten around your shoulders. You look up at him to see him already staring down at you, a smile on his face. He leans down and quickly presses his lips to your forehead.

"This is nice." He hums, looking back up at the sky above the pair of you. You inhale deeply, the sweet smell of cinnamon filling your senses from the food he ate earlier.

"What made you want to come out here?" You ask, your curiosity getting the better of you seeing as this isn't something you both tend to do.

"You're asking what made me want to look at the beautiful stars that don't have a stitch on the beauty of my girlfriend?" He looks back down at you, smiling as you blush and his your face into his shoulder, he chuckles and kisses your head again.

"That was so cliché." You groan, your voice being muffled from your face still being buried in his clothing. You hear the laughter rumble in his chest, causing your laughter to start with it.

"I'm sorry. As cliché as it is, it's also true." You pull away from his hold and look at him, to see a lazy smile on his face as his gaze flickers from you to the stars he's comparing you to. "I've never told you this, Y/N, but I love you."

At his words, his gaze finally sticks on you, his blue eyes reflecting the moon light from above. He slowly leans in and presses his lips to yours, his lips soft against yours as he tilts his head to deepen the kiss and fill it with all of the love and passion he just declared to you. He eventually pulls away for air, pecking your lips several times after so that you don't forget the feel of his lips on yours, and you both breathe deeply.

"I love you too, if that was any indication." You giggle, his smile broadening as he leans back down and kisses you again under the stars.
