Chapter 28 - Payback

Isang hapon sa flowershop dumating ang mayari nito na si Mrs. Angeline Webler.

Angeline:  Hi girls! How is everybody?

Wesley:  Doing just fine.

Alex:  Hi Angie! We have a bulk order for 2 weddings tomorrow.  We have an order for a Church Decorations and entourage flower arrangements for the Johansen wedding in the morning and Church, reception and entourage flower arrangements for the Charleston wedding in the afternoon.

Mandie:  We are also booked for Sunday.  It's quite busy around here.

Angeline:  That's cool! Well I've got a big one for you.  The World Model Association is holding its Annual Meet and Greet Conference.  Its a gathering of all Models around the world two weeks from now. They wanted us to do the flower arrangements for the event venue.

Mandie:  Cool, we'll do it.

Simpleng nagkatinginan sila Mandie at Alex dahil alam na nila ang tungkol doon.  Napagusapan yon sa kanilang headquarters dahil may nag-tip na isang  informant  na magkakaroon ng bentahan ng droga at mga babae sa event  na yon.  Walang kaalam-alam ang mga attendees na ang may ilan sa  kanilang sikat na modelo ay miyembro ng isang sindikato ng droga at human trafficking.  Ang mga baguhang modelo ang ibinibenta para maging sex slaves ng mga mayayamang parokyano mula sa iba't ibang panig ng daigdig. 

Pinoproblema nga nila kung papano makakapasok sa Venue, ngayon wala na silang problema. Makalipas ang isang linggo dumating sa flower shop ang walo sa mga kasamahan nila sa trabaho. Anim na babae at dalawang lalake.  Tinuruan nila ang mga ito na gumawa ng mga flower arrangements na gagamitin para sa nasabing event.

Dumating ang araw ng event, umaga sa kanilang briefing.

Chief of Police Norton:  We have manage to get some of you people to be on the catering service, on the mobile bar and of course Agent Alex and Agent Ada with their team are coming in early as the Florist.  Here are your assignment papers.

Superintendent Grayson:  Since there will be a lot of this models coming in from different parts of the world they asked for Additional Security so we will have some of you in there as Martials or Escorts to this ladies.  The Event is going to happen in the grand ballroom, wherein more than three hundred guests are expected. There are two rooms booked as VIP rooms which we think is where the selling is going to happen. Those rooms are near the fire exits which are an easy access to the rooftop for their escape plan.

Assistant Chief of Police Morris:  Our mission is to infiltrate and catch the selling in action and save the models that are  going to be sold.

Superintendent Grayson:  You will have us in your ear and we will watch you from the Hotels CCTV camera's.

Assistant Chief of Police Morris:  Agent Alex and Agent Ada,  you will need to make flower arrangements for the VIP  Rooms as well and plant this camera in them.

Alex/Ada:  Got it Chief!

Superintendent Grayson:  After you finished decorating the  Venue. Change your clothes, there will be huge trashcans  inside the last cubicle of the bathrooms, you're clothes will be there.  And then Mingle.  Got that?!

All:  Yes Chief!

Chief of Police Norton: If we succeed, we might be able to catch one of the biggest drug syndicate. Good luck and God bless you all.

Nagkanya-kanya na silang puntahan sa kani-kanilang assignments.  Sa sasakyan ni Alex habang daan papunta sa Flower Shop  tahimik si Mandie.

Alex:  Are you okay?
