Nagising sina Teo at Rhaeca sa hospital matapos nilang masangkot sa isang road accident. Doon nila nadiskubre na nagkapalit pala ang kanilang mga katawan. Teo is in Rhaeca's body and Rhaeca is in his.
To find the cure/solution to this swap ay nagpanggap ang dalawa. Teo, the serious and grumpy guy acted as this girly and friendly Rhaeca, ganoon din naman ang ginawa ng isa.
Sa paghahanap ng solusyon para makabalik sila sa kanikanilang katawan ay nakilala nila ang isang bata na nagbigay sa kanila ng isang misyon.
"Find the two people changed because of me and let love bloom in their hearts," ani nito.
Sa tulong ng kanilang dalawang kaibigan ay hinanap nila ang dalawang taong tinutukoy ng bata. Iba't ibang sekreto ang kanilang mabubuksan at malalaman nila kung gaano pala kasalimuot ang buhay na kanilang tinatahak.
Ano ang mangyayari kung ang kaluluwa ni girl mapunta sa katawan ni boy at kay boy naman sa katawan ni girl. It would surely be a big mess, pero may mabuo kaya?
