Chapter 31 - Discovery

You were sitting in the library, reading up on your charms tests when hands covered your eyes. 

"Guess who?" You heard the twins asked. You smiled. 

"Both of you." You said. The hands came down and you got a kiss on both cheeks.

"You got it right." Fred whispered. You smiled and they sat across from you and you put your book away.

"How was Hogsmeade?" You asked. Fred and George went on and on about how cool it was. They than both took out a chocolate frog. You smiled and looked at them. 

"Thanks guys. Hey, can I ask you both a favor?" You asked. They smiled and nodded. 

"Can I borrow that map of yours?" You asked. They frowned and began to laugh nervously.

"We don't have a map." They said. You looked at them. 

"Guys, I have seen you looking at it. I promise I won't loose it. I just need it for one day, the next time you go to Hogsmeade. Please?" You asked. They looked at you and sighed, taking out the map. You reached and they pulled it away. 

"On one condition." Fred said. 

"You have to give us something in return." George said. You smiled.

"Deal, what would you like?" You asked. They smiled. 

"A kiss." They said. You blushed. Sure you all have kissed each others cheeks, but on the lips was new. You nodded, scared to use your words. Fred moved, leaning over. You closed your eyes and he kissed you, before pulling away and George kissed you. You opened your eyes and smiled. It felt right. 

"Your a good kisser." They both said as Fred handed you the map. You blushed more and laughed a bit.

"You too." you said. They showed you how to use the map and you nodded, picking up how to us it fast. That night, you saw Lupin leaving and you snuck out, following him. You stayed close, but still far. Once at the tree, you hide the map in a small hole so it wouldn't be found. You followed Lupin untill the path in the tree turned into a house. You heard voices and looked though a hole in the wall. Your eyes grew wide. It was Lupin and Sirius Black.  

"Are you sure?" Lupin say. Sirius nodded.

"Yeah. He's here. When I get my hands on him." Sirius said, making a chocking motion with his hands. They can't be talking about Harry right? You knew Sirius is innocent and that a man named Peter Pettigrew was guilty, but he was dead. 

"Calm down Sirius. We will find him." Lupin said. Sirius sighed and nodded. 

"Find the rat. You find the rat and you will find him." Sirius said. Your mouth dropped. They were after Harry. You backed up and turned, only to see Lupin behind you. He grabbed you by the arm and threw you threw the door. You grunted in pain. 

"Well, well, well. A spy. Not surprising coming from you." Lupin said. You stood, taking your wand out. 

"I will not let you hurt Harry!" You shouted. They looked confused. 

"You want to help Harry?" Sirius asked. You nodded.

"He's a friend." You said. Lupin looked at you, putting his hand on Sirius's shoulder. 

"Sirius, I think I know what to do." Lupin said ad took a step foreword. 

"(l/n), you are going to help us." Lupin said. You glared at him. 

"Go to hell." You said and the next thing you knew, Sirius was on top of you, chocking you. You tried to kick him off but Lupin was the one that got him off. 

"No! We need her alive!" Lupin yelled. You stood and ran, grabbing the map as you did. You almost made it to the castle when someone grabbed your arm. You turned, seeing Lupin. You struggled, trying to get away. 

"Whats going on?" It was Dumbledore. 

"Dumbledore! Lupin! He..." Lupin covered your mouth. 

"She found us." Lupin said. You looked at Lupin, then Dumbledore, who was nodding.

"Release her Lupin." Dumbledore said and Lupin did. You ran to Dumbledore, hiding behind him. 

"(y/n), I think you should listen to Professor Lupin." Dumbledore said. You shook your head. 

"Dumbledore, a (l/n) would never understand." Lupin said. 

"Ah. You see. You both are wrong. (y/n), listen to Professor Lupin and Lupin, listen to (y/n)." Dumbledore said. You took a step from behind Dumbledore. Lupin sighed. 

"We are trying to find a rat. His names is Scabber's." Lupin said. You looked shocked and Lupin nodded. 

"Yes, the same rat. If I had know, We wouldn't be here." Lupin said. 

"And now Lupin, listen to (y/n)." Dumbledore said. You were silent, as was Lupin for a bit before Lupin humphed. 

"Listen to what Dumbledore? This (l/n) is just like her family, silent and willing to let an innocent man go to Azkaban." Lupin said. You snapped.

"I'm nothing like my Family! I don't life with them nor am I associated with them other then my last name and I know Sirius is Innocent!" You yelled and ran off. You ran all the way back to your house and sat on the couch, crying.
