~Lilith's POV~

On Sunday, everyone was able to come to the consensus that we'd be going go karting on Monday, since everyone was free that day and was able to go. We also agreed we'd be taking only one car, so that meant someone would be picking me up from my house at around twelve PM.

That was why I got up at nine AM on Monday morning, knowing that I would need a while to get ready with all my makeup and my clothes and things. I rolled out of bed and headed into my bathroom, starting up the shower so that the water could heat while I went pee. When I was sure that the water was heated and I had finished doing my business, I went ahead and got in the shower. First I started with shaving my body, since that always took me the longest, and then I moved to washing my face and body. Then, I washed and conditioned my hair thoroughly before I got out, wrapping myself in a fuzzy white towel.

I went into my room and got dressed in my undergarments before heading to my vanity to do my makeup and brush my hair like I usually did. After I had my full face of makeup on, including my lashes, I applied a coat of pink lip-gloss and stood up, heading into my closet to get fully dressed. It was already nearing twelve PM, which meant I needed to get dressed quickly and then find something to eat before I left.

First, I pulled on a velvet light pink dress with thin straps and a low dipping back, the fabric clinging to my waist and flowing out around my thighs. When I had my dress on properly, I scanned my eyes over my shelf of shoes, humming in thought. After a moment of contemplation, I grabbed a pair of pink peep-toe heels with a thick heel and little silver spikes around the ankle straps and the back of the shoe. The strap that went over my toes was covered in pink, fuzzy fur that was soft to the touch. I slid the shoes on and carefully latched them, absentmindedly humming a tune to myself. I took out my gold earrings and switched them for a pair of silver dangly heart ones, then clasped a silver necklace with a small cloud pendant. As I usually did, I slid on the very expensive ring that my dad had gotten me, something I very rarely would go without wearing.

Once I was fully ready, I grabbed a light pink purse from my bag with a small bow on the front and a strap. I put my lip gloss, phone, and wallet into my purse before I headed downstairs, intending on trying to find something to eat. Before I even got halfway down the stairs, though, a car horn honked loudly from out front and I knew that they were here to pick me up.

Even though I'd wanted to get something to eat, I sighed deeply and abandoned the thought of food, walking over to the front door instead. It seemed that I didn't have enough time to get food. I'd just have to eat whenever I got home, I guess. As I left the house, I locked the door quietly behind me and saw Scarlett wave at me enthusiastically from the window of the driver's seat. "Hi!" She yelled excitedly, causing me to smile. "Hi!" I chirped back, grabbing onto the handle of the car door and pulling it open. Surprised at the sight of Calum just sitting there, I stared into the car and realized it was completely full already. Scarlett and Ruby sat up front, whereas Trinity, Emery, And Calum sat in the middle. In the very back sat Michael, Ashton and Luke.

"You guys didn't save me a seat." I pouted, causing Scarlett to send me an apologetic look. "Yeah, sorry. I thought there'd be enough room." She apologized, but I just sent her a look and frowned. "Where do I sit, then?" I asked, confused. How were we going to go if I didn't have a place to sit at?

Calum sent me an awkward look. "You'll have to sit on someone's lap." He answered, since nobody else was answering me. I frowned and shook my head, about to protest, but Luke's voice suddenly cut in. "Can you stop throwing a goddamn fit and just come get in? You can sit on my lap, if you want." He snapped, looking at me impatiently from the backseat. I huffed and carefully got in, hearing Calum shut the door while I got into the back of the car with a bit of struggle.
