Anna's POV

"How does that even happen?" I ask laughing. We were supposed to fly home today but our flight had been cancelled due to, get this, severe flash flooding. "It's almost summer."
"I have no idea A."

To James: heyo so we can't come home today. It's flash flooding. Don't ask me how.
From James: that's... interesting 😂 it's summer
To James: that's what I said 😂
From James: Alright, keep me updated 😘
To James: will do 🥰

"You guys are fucking adorable."
"Ah Pete don't sneak up on me."

Pete, Mum, dad and I walk downstairs to the breakfast room to get something to eat when dad and I are attacked by press.

"Anna why would Brendon give you alcohol?"
"Brendon you do know it's illegal to give minors alcohol?"

What the fuck is happening?

"W-What? Dad never gave me alcohol." I shake. Fuck I thought I could get through this trip without anxiety. Dad puts his hand on my shoulder and messages Zack. Soon Zack appears and get us out of this situation.

"What the fuck just happened?" Pete exclaims.
"Uh? This? Maybe?" I say holding up my phone with a video.

"So some of you may of heard, Panic! at the Disco won best music video of the year. In this clip you can see Brendon going to accept his award but he has a bottle of beer in his hand. He then proceeds to hand it to his daughter, Anna. Now it's illegal for minors to have alcohol and on TV that makes matters more serious. Brendon, what were you thinking?"

"Fuck!" There was then a knock at the door. Zack opens it up to reveal two police officers.
"Is Mr. Urie here?"
"Uh yeah that's me." Dad says.
"Sir you are being arrested under the suspicion of giving a minor alcohol."
"What the fuck!?" Zack says. One of the officers, handcuffs dad and says some legal shit that I couldn't understand. I was too busy crying and shouting.
"Dad! No. Please don't."
"A, it's ok, it'll be ok just stay calm."
"D-dad n-no y-you c-can't g-go."
Mum wraps me in a hug and tries to calm me down. Gerard, Frank, Mikey, Tyler, Josh and Patrick come rushing in to see dad being arrested and me screaming and crying. Gerard immediately runs to me and takes me from mum.

Gerard's POV

Frank, Mikey and I were just hanging out in Franks room because our flight had been cancelled.

"Dad! No. Please don't." We all hear Anna scream. We all stare at each other and rush out of the room, down the hall. I see Tyler, Josh and Patrick do the same thing. I was shocked to see Brendon being taken away by two police officers. Anna was screaming and crying trying to run, both Sarah and Pete were trying to hold her back. I rush over to her and embrace her small frame.

"Shh it's ok, it's ok, it's ok." I repeat.
"No, no, no." She cries into my chest still visibly panicking. I rub her back to remind her that she's ok. Everyone was just standing in shock wondering what the fuck just happened.

Soon her screams turn into little sobs and while I still hold her I look up at Pete.
"What the fuck?" Is all I say and he shrugs.
"I don't know man they got bombarded in the lobby and we came back here and Anna found a video and then two police officers showed up at the door."
"Why?" Mikey says.
"They are accusing him of give alcohol to a minor."
"What the actual fuck?" Frank says.
"He had a beer when his name got called out last night and when he got up he gave it to me and I gave it to mum but they didn't see me give it to mum and now dads gone." Anna says looking up, tears returning to her eyes.
"He's not gone A, it will be ok, he will be back." Josh says, handing her a glass of water.
"Where's mum?" She says and we all look up, she wasn't here.
"Mum? No don't leave me too." She starts crying again and I could feel all of our hearts shatter, thankfully Pete gets a message.
"Zack and Sarah are going to the police station to sort this out. They want you to know, A, that Brendon is ok."
