Brendon's POV

The police were going in and out of our house and up and down the stairs while I paced around the living room trying to get a hold of Anna. The police suspected that it was Liam that took her because of the relation but they weren't certain. Someone place their hands on my shoulders so I couldn't pace. It was Pete.
"Brendon we will find her."
"I want my girl back."
"I know you do, we will find her. Go get some rest. Gee and I will be here."
"What about James?"
"He doesn't know yet?"
"No."
"Ok, do you want me to tell him?"
"No I will."

I go outside and click on his contact.

"Brendon? Everything ok?"
"No. Anna's gone."
"Gone? What do you mean gone?!"
"The police suspect that she's been kidnapped."
"What! Are you and Sarah ok?"
"We are ok, are you?"
"Am I allowed to come over?"
"Of course you are, Pete and Gee are also here."
"Thank you, I'll be there soon."

When James turns up, he instantly calls out her name and when he realises he falls to the floor crying. Sarah comforts him for a while until he had stopped crying excessively.

Anna's POV

The man took the fabric out of my mouth so I could talk.
"W-who are y-you?"
"You don't remember me?"
"I remember you tormenting me in Cape Town and Glasgow."

I finally recognised the man but I still, had no idea how he knew me.
"Darling, don't you recognise your own uncle." Another voice pops up and it sends shivers down my spine. Liam.
"Aren't you supposed to be locked up?"
"They're pretty stupid, it's easy to escape."
"What do you want?"
"I've missed you." He smiles.
"I haven't missed you."
"Don't talk back to me." Liam slaps my face as violently as he could.
"You're a fucking dick who needs to leave my family and me alone."
"I wouldn't be uncooperative with me if I were you, your precious Brendon isn't here to save you now."
I start screaming in the hopes to get someone's attention. He kicks me in the stomach.
"No point in doing that darling, no one can hear you scream." Liam smiles. My uncle still hadn't said anything yet.
"What's your name then?" I ask him.
"Wouldn't you like to know."
"Actually yeah I would, or you are going to be called the dickhead from hell."
This earns me another slap plus a kick to the stomach.
"You really need to learn to keep your mouth shut." Liam snarls. The both leave me there to lay in pain.

Brendon's POV

It had been 2 weeks and we had heard nothing. Nothing at all. Every night Sarah and I were crying, James had been staying over because I insisted that he wasn't to be alone. He was barely functioning. Both Pete and Gerard tried to help but they had their own families and Gerard had barely seen his family since he came back from tour. Rumours had leaked that Anna had died, others said she had gone missing or ran away. I was scrolling through Anna's social media in the hopes to find something. Anything at all. I get a DM from an account that had recently been created.

Missed your girl?

Attached was a photo of Anna beaten and bruised. I gasp in shock and it catches Sarah and Pete's attention.
"Bren you ok?" Sarah asks and I start crying.
"Bren? What is it?" I show Sarah the message but cover the photo.
"What are you covering?"
"There's a photo attached."
"Can I see it?"
"It's bad babe. Really bad."
Sarah takes the phone out of my hand. When she sees the photo she screams and starts crying. The phone goes on the couch for Pete to see while I comfort Sarah. Thankfully, Pete could call the police and they came and tracked it down to find out where it was sent from.

"Good news or bad news?"
"Just tell us." I tell the officer.
"Well we tracked the number and it gives us hope that Anna and her kidnapper or kidnappers, are still in LA."
"But?"
"But it's was sent from a public computer so we have no idea who it could be."
We nod and thank him for his time.
"At least she's still in LA." Pete shrugs.
