MOMENT 1: Just Love

Walang nagmamahal na hindi nasasaktan.
Lahat ng nagmamahal, nasasaktan.
At kakambal ng pag-ibig ay ang sakit.

Even Jesus experienced pain in loving. He was hurt because of love. Isa si Jesus sa mga nagmahal at nasaktan. Ngunit ang kaibahan Niya sa lahat ng nagmahal at nasaktan ay kahit Siya'y nasaktan, PATULOY PA RIN SIYANG NAGMAMAHAL.

Romans 5:8 stated "But God shows his love for us in that while we were sinners, Christ died for us." Dahil nagmahal at patuloy siyang nagmamahal ay hindi lang Siya nasaktan, namatay rin Siya. Pero hindi Siya nanatiling patay, dahil pagkatapos ng tatlong araw ay muli Siyang nabuhay. (Luke 24:6-7;1 Corinthians 15:3-4)

Maraming tao, kapag narinig ang salitang LOVE, magre-react ng ganito: "Hmpf! Love love ka d'yan?" "Love? Nakakain ba 'yan?"

May ilan na tinatanggap lang ito bilang biro, pero may iba naman na binibigkas ito nang may kahulugan. Sabi nga nila, nasaktan kaya may pinaghuhugutan.

Ikaw? Nasaktan ka na ba dahil sa love?

Kung nasaktan ka na, magmamahal ka pa rin ba?

Pero bago mo sagutin iyan, alamin muna natin ang kahulugan ng salitang ito.

LOVE (according to mareng Merriam Dictionary)
- strong affection
- unselfish, loyal, and bevolent concern for others

If Love is a STRONG AFFECTION,
Bakit may pag-ibig na nanghihina at nawawala?

If Love is UNSELFISH,
Bakit may pag-ibig na nananakal?

If Love is LOYAL,
Bakit niloko ka niya? Este, bakit may mga manloloko?

If Love has CONCERN,
Bakit niya ako binaliwala? Charot.

So kung gano'n, 'di pala totoo ang LOVE? Hala!

Right now, in this very moment, God wants you to know that LOVE IS TRUE!
Kung bakit ito nabibigo? Dahil sa TAO.

There is a LOVE that NEVER FAILS: IT IS THE LOVE THAT JESUS OFFERS TO YOU❤

1 John 4:9-21 teaches us that God's love is not just a concept or feeling, but a profound, sacrificial act manifested through Jesus Christ, His Son. God's love was demonstrated through the ultimate gift—sending His Son to die for our sins so that we might live through Him. This is the foundation of love: not that we loved God first, but that He loved us even when we were unworthy.

As believers, we are called to reflect this love by loving one another. God's love is made perfect in us when we love each other, as it is through love that God's presence abides in us and His Spirit empowers us. Love becomes the evidence of our relationship with God and assures us that we can approach the day of judgment with confidence, for perfect love casts out all fear.

Moreover, true love for God cannot exist apart from love for others. If we claim to love God but hate our brother, we deceive ourselves. The love of God compels us to love others, for love is the defining characteristic of a follower of Christ. We love because God first loved us, and this love is the commandment He has given us—to love one another as He has loved us.

Therefore, let us abide in God's love, allowing it to transform us and guide our relationships with others, so that we can live out the love He has shown us, and bear witness to the world of His goodness and grace.

Great fact from the passage:
GOD IS LOVE. God do and really exist. Therefore, LOVE IS TRUE. LOVE IS REAL. LOVE DO EXIST.
