Let's describe words in the title...

ASPIRANT
- a person who has ambitions to achieve something
- someone who aspires or seeks to attain something important or of value
- desiring of striving for recognition or advancement

"Life on earth is like a classroom and we are all students. We are here to learn and pass all the tests!"

Hindi lang po tayo narito para matuto't pumasa; kung alam natin ang reward ng Diyos ay crown of life and massion, we'll make more effort!

Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him. - James 1:12

In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. -John 14:2-3

Hindi naman sinabi ni Jesus na sa atin iyong mansion. He just stated that there are many mansion in heaven. Ibig sabihin, hindi puchu-puchu mag-reward si LORD. He said, He'll prepare a place for you. Malay natin kung hacienda!

Graduation
- the receiving or conferring of an academic degree or diploma
- a special ceremony at university, college or school at which degrees and diplomas are given to students who have successfully completed their studies

Our graduation is the time when God will condemn our good deeds and faithfulness to Him.

"And I am sure of this, that He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ." -Philippians 1:6

3 Characters of an Aspirant for Graduation:

1. Working on God's entrusted talents. (Matthew 25:14-17)

"For it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted to them his property. To one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one, to each according to his ability. Then he went away.  He who had received the five talents went at once and traded with them, and he made five talents more. So also he who had the two talents made two talents more.

Working

- to spend time producing or improving something

God's

- the Giver/the One who trusted you

Entrusted

- assigned responsibility

Talents

- something extraordinary within you that God expects from you to be used for His glory

When God called us for His good work, He entrusted us with of something extraordinary or the talents for you to use to obey Him. But look at this, the talents we received from God includes skills, abilities, family connections, social positions, education, experiences and many more.

Like those three servants in the passage, we do not have talents or gift of the same degree. In classroom, someone excels, others are not that known or remain ordinary and unnoticed. But it doesn't mean that little talents have least importance and big talents have greater importance. No.
