Chapter 48: Since When (Alex's POV)

        I heard my phone begin to ring, and I groaned slightly. I twitched at the thought of having to get up and answer the damn thing. As I moved, I felt the skin of another warm person touching my chest. My eyes shot open and I saw the brunette girl lying next to me. Her hair was covering her eyes, untouched by the noise of the phone. Her right hand was underneath her, and her left was resting gently below my collarbone. I almost didn't realize that what happen last night wasn't a dream.

        I was shocked, to say the least. I almost wanted ot jump out of bed and ask her if it was a joke. I felt her move towards me, bare stomach on mine. I felt a sting and I glanced down to see the scratch marks she'd left down my stomach. I smirked at them, seeing exactly how cat like they actually were.

        I suddenly wanted to roll Stella over and ask her for a recap of last night. I had never, fucking ever been with a chick who moved the way she did. I also have no clue where her confidence came from either. It was Dr. Jackal and Mr. Hyde with this girl. Stella didn't do this stuff. I know that she is -- was -- a virgin. I knew that this was completely new to her, and she went at it like a fucking professional.

        I couldn't get my mind around the fact that she was here, or that I was here. I was really only coming over last night to hang out for a little while. Sure -- I was praying to God that she might let me go further than before, but this wasn't what I was expeting at all. I didn't think she would turn into a wild animal and make it the best night of sex I'd ever had.

        I felt my whole body react to te idea of Stella lst night, the way she'd spoken. Her voice was enough to get me going. She was speaking so quietly, so sexy. I wanted to jump her as soon as she said my name. I shook off the feeling, glancing towards the clock. It read 7:24. I told Jack to text me if I didn't call him before 7:20. We had packed the bus last night, and I told him I never woke up to my alarm. Jack saw past that, raisint his eyes at me. He knew I was going to see Stella.

        I pulled away from Stella, allowing her to slide against the pillows. She didn't wake as she fell, but instead pulled the covers over her chest further, getting comfortable in the warm spot I'd left. I'd never felt that with someone before and I wasn't sure if I liked it. Normally, after I slept with Jessica, a girl from Zack's school, or a random party hook up, I was gone before they even fell asleep. I wasn't into staying with girls. They got boring and annoying by the time I was in bed with them. I hated the talks they tried to have with me, the ones that 'question what relationship we had', like I wanted to talk about that after sleeping with them.

        Stella -- I don't know what it was about her. I felt like such a fucking girl when I'd think about her. She had so many sides to her that I know I still haven't seen half of them. She was the biggest God damned mystery, it made me crazy. The part that baffled me was the fact that I was trying to make us work. After last night, I know that no girl will ever be as aggressive and sexy as Stella. We were at it for at least three hours, and she never gave up. Girls normally allow me to take over, to control. But fucking Stella -- she continuuosly took it away from me. She wanted to make me shudder under her touch.

        I was still trying to figure out why I was still attracted to her. She made me chase her, and her presence was intoxicating. I wasn't sick of her at all; I didn't want to run away. Instead I wanted to get back into that bed and kiss her all over.

        I shook my head, sliding my boxers up my torso. I searched across the floor, seeing our clothing had been thrown ever which way. I smirked at the thought. It wasn't normal sex -- the kind where you get your fix and you're good for a while. It was rough sex, where you have bruises because you were going at it so fucking hard. It was the kind that you wanted again, seconds later; where nothing was enough, even when your body was too tired to move.
