"Maybe that someone would be an important part of your life."

I stopped from tying my shoelaces and turned my head to my father who's sipping his cup of coffee while reading a newspaper.

"Really, Dad?"

He slightly lowered the newspaper he was reading and glanced at me. He eyed me seriously that made me creased my forehead.

"Is it a girl?" He asked and I nodded my head.

"Have you ever met that girl? You know her?"

"No," I immediately answered because I'm sure to myself that I had never met that girl.

The side of my father's lips rose up making me arched my brow. "In that case, it could be that you will meet this girl in the future and she will be the girl that you will marry or she's at least someone who will be important to you." He said seriously and meaningfully.

"Seriously?" I shook my head at my father and resumed tying my shoelaces.

"We do not know, son. But it's up to you if you believe at what I said or not."

I did not answer and grabbed my bag. I glanced at my wrist watch and tsked when I saw that it was only a few minutes remaining before our first class would start.

"I used to dream about a certain girl when I was about your age, son. I didn't expect that she will be the woman that I would spend the rest of my life with."

I was a little taken aback by what Dad said. He was referring to his wife and our mother. I just shook my head and let out a sigh.

"I'm leaving, Dad."

"Take care, son. And don't forget to check on your sister."

"Yeah," I only answered and immediately left the house.

All day long my mind was filled with the girl that I always dreamed of these past few days. I have only one question on my mind. Who is she? From my dream, I only remember her two mesmerizing brown orbs, I can't remember her face. It's always blurry whenever I tried to remember it. But I'm really certain that I have never met her, even once.
