Chapter 66

Your POV:

"Y/N... Y/N can you hear me?"

A voice calls out to me as I begin to stir. I slowly pry my eyes open, closing them again once the light hits me.

"Oh thank the force you're alright." A voice says to my right. Luke sits in a chair holding my hand, R2 beside him making joyful beeping noises.

I look at the foot of my bed noticing the same Togruta woman from before. She gives me a slight smile.

"I-I know you. You saved my life. Who are you?" I kindly ask, waiting for a response.

"I'm Ahsoka Tano. I was Anakin Skywalker's padawan. I sensed another jedi was in danger. That's when I found you on Sanopa." She informs me.

I sigh, leaning back in my bed, knowing that she won't be of any danger. An awkward silence resonates through the room but is soon broken by Ahsoka.

"I must get going. I have other business to attend to." She announces. However, I stop her before she can leave. "Wait! I want to hear about what it was like. The jedi order." I practically almost beg to hear about the past.

Ahsoka slightly smiles, moving to the bed beside me. She picks up a bag, taking out an object I knew about but have never seen before.

"Is that... is that a jedi Holocron?!" I ask, completely astonished at what I'm seeing. She gives one simple nod, opening up the Holocron.

"This is jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi."

My eyes widen as I stare at the small hologram of my father just after order 66. Tears start to fall down my face and Luke pulls me in for a side hug, kissing the top of my head.

Once the whole message finishes, Ahsoka closes the Holocron, giving it to me.

"Oh no I can't possibly take it."

"Have it. It's more use to you than it is me." She says, giving me another warm smile. I thank her, watching as her and Luke leave the room to talk.

The empire may have gotten away this time but there is no doubt we'll get them eventually. No matter how long it takes.

Time Skip

Luke and I stand out on the balcony of Naboo. Leia, Han, Chewie, Lando, Anaya, R2 and 3PO all watch as Luke and I recite our wedding vows.

I feel the cool breeze brush through my hair as the sun begins to set over the beautiful landscape.

"Do you Y/N Kenobi, take Luke Skywalker to be you're lawfully wedded husband?"

"I do." I say, smiling at him with pure joy.

"Do you Luke Skywalker, take Y/N Kenobi to be you're lawfully wedded wife?"

"I do." He looks down at me in adoration, the soft light of the sun lighting up his face.

"I now pronounce you Husband and Wife."

The others applaud us as we share our first kiss as a married couple. This day has been the most special moment of my life. I feel the presence of both mine and Luke's father watching us and we pull away from each other, watching as our fathers smile at us from the meadows next to us.

And I wouldn't ask for a better day than this.
