Chapter 143

(Jade's P.O.V)
When I woke up everyone was gone except Kian. He was still laying under me but he was awake.
"How long have you been awake?" I asked.
"About 10 minutes. Everyone went out to the store by the way." Kian replied.
"Why didn't you get up and go with them?" I asked.
"You were sleeping and I didn't want to wake you. Also I wanted to stay here with you so weren't alone. We all agreed to protect you." Kian smiled.
"Thanks Bean." I smiled back.
I got up off of Kian and stretched.
"Do you want to walk to StarBucks with me?" Kian asked.
"Sure. I just need to brush my hair." I said.
I went upstairs and grabbed my hairbrush to fix my hair. I put it in a bun at the top of my head. Kian and I got our shoes on and Kian wrote a note for everyone saying we went to StarBucks. We walked out the door and made our way to Starbucks. A creepy looking guy passed us and I clung onto Kian's arm.
"It's okay. Don't be scared. I'm here." Kian said.
Normally I wouldn't be scared. The last few times I almost got raped I was somewhat okay. Now that it's happened more than once I'm really scared.
Kian grabbed my hand.
"Whenever you get scared just squeeze my hand okay?" Kian said and I nodded.
I squeezed Kian's hand a lot on our way to Starbucks and I kept letting go of his hand and attatching my arms to his torso. He'd hold me and tell me it was okay. I'm really freaked out of guys now except for the boys.
"It's okay Jade. No ones going to hurt you as long as I'm here." Kian told me.
I calmed down some and let go of Kian. I grabbed his hand and took a deep breath. We entered StarBucks and ordered our drinks. After we got our drinks we walked back to the house and I held onto Kian. When we got back to the house everyone was sitting in the living room. I walked over to Taylor and sat down. I kissed his cheek and laid my head on his shoulder. I held my drink up to Taylor since I knew he'd want a drink. He sipped my drink and smiled.
"I should've known that you got the cotton candy frappe." Taylor said.
"I always do." I smiled.
"I know you so well." Taylor smiled.
"I know you do." I said and Taylor kissed my temple.
It's about 5:30 pm now since I took a nap and got StarBucks.
"What should we do since its already 6?" Matt asked.
"How about the beach? The sun will be setting in a little bit so we should watch the sunset." Matt replied.
"Is that okay everyone?" I asked.
"Yeah. The beach sounds amazing right now." Gilinksy said.
We all went upstairs and changed. I just got a turquoise, strapless bikini on. Nothing fancy. I put on a pair of white shorts on over my bottoms and I grabbed a towel. I put my sunglasses on and slipped on my white flip flops. I opened my door and stepped out but I ran into someone and screamed.
"Please don't hurt me!" I yelled and crouched down.
All I could see was Rick's face in my mind.
"Jade it's okay. It's just me, Matthew." Matt crouched down in front of my and gently removed my hands so I could see his face.
"I-I'm sorry. I just got scared." I said.
"It's okay. Here, let me help you up." Matt held out his hands.
I placed my hands in his and he helped me up. We walked downstairs and Sam questioned my scream.
"What happened?" Sam asked.
"I just ran into Matt and got scared." I spoke.
We all walked out of the house and I grabbed Taylor's hand. I squeezed his hand whenever someone walked past us like I did with Kian.
"It's okay baby. No ones going to hurt you. Relax a bit okay?" Taylor reassured me.
I nodded and took a deep breath. I relaxed a little and let my death grip go on Taylor's hand. I was squeezing his hand really hard and I felt bad.
"Sorry for almost breaking your hand." I said and Taylor chuckled.
"You weren't even close to breaking my hand. Don't worry about it. I'm here to protect you." Taylor smiled.
He wrapped his arm around my shoulders and kissed my temple. I calmed down when he kissed me. The boys and girls are pretty good at calming me down and I'm glad.
When we arrived at the beach I laid out my towel and laid down. Everyone else laid out their towels too but the boys all went out to swim. The girls laid down next to me and we chatted for a bit. The sun was still up and it was close to setting. It was still warm though. There wasn't very many people out at the beach at the moment so it was perfect.

A few hours later we left. It was about 7. I went into the water but not for long since I just wanted to relax. I still had fun though. We all packed up our things and started to walk back.
"Get on my back." Taylor said.
I jumped onto his back and he carried me.
"I'm like as tall as Kian now." I laughed.
Kian walked back to me but he was still taller.
"I'm like 6 feet tall. I'll always tower over you." Kian smirked.
"Nah. You're like 8 feet tall." I said.
We all laughed. I draped my arms over Taylor's shoulders and kissed the spot behind his ear a couple times.
"Jade Elizabeth, do not do that." Taylor said.
"Why?" I asked.
"Because it feels amazing and I don't want to drop you." Taylor said and I giggled.
I kept kissing behind his ear. He shivered and I laughed.
"I love you." Taylor smiled.
"I love you too Tay." I replied.
When we arrived back at the house I walked upstairs to change. I changed into a pair of leggings and Taylor's striped muscle tank. I walked back downstairs and to the kitchen. I scanned the fridge for food but I couldn't figure out what to eat.
"Want me to make you something?" I jumped and screamed at the voice.
I turned around.
"Don't do that! Warn me before you come near me!" I yelled.
Taylor chuckled.
"I'm sorry baby." Taylor walked over to me and hugged me.
He kissed my face multiple times and I smiled.
"It's okay." I said.
I walked out of the kitchen and sat on the couch next to Taylor. My phone blasted music and I jumped.
"Hello?" I answered.
"Hey Jade!" I heard two voices say.
"Hey guys!" I replied.
It was Zoey and Alfie. I got up and walked out to the backyard.
"So what have you guys been up to?" I asked.
"Meetings for the Pointless Book 2 and Girl Online 2. We've been pretty busy with Nala as well." Zoey said.
"I wish I could meet Nala. I haven't seen her yet." I said sadly.
"Fly down sometime. We'd love to have you." Alfie said.
"Really? When?" I asked.
"Whenever you'd like. You could come in a few days if you want." Zoey said.
"Thanks! Hopefully I can come soon. I'll look at plane tickets to Brighton right now." I said.
I walked back inside and grabbed my laptop. I sat on the couch next to Taylor and searched for tickets.
"The only tickets I see are like months away." I sadly said.
"We can find something don't worry." Alfie reassured me.
"I'll keep looking." I said.

A few hours later I got off the phone with Zoey and Alfie. I kept searching for tickets to Brighton but they were so far away. I'm currently sitting next to Taylor, sulking basically. It was pretty noticeable too.
"Why so glum beautiful?" Taylor asked.
I sighed.
"I really wanted to fly out to Brighton to see Zoey and Alfie but all of the plane tickets are months away. I really want to see them." I said.
"Aww babe, we'll find something don't worry." Taylor kissed my cheek.
"No we won't. I don't want to wait another couple months to see them." I said.
"It's okay Jade, don't worry." Jc said.
"I'm just going to go upstairs for a little bit." I sighed.
I got up and walked to the stairs and to my old room. No one followed me though. I opened the door and flicked on the light. I still had the sheets on my bed and everything. I flopped down onto my bed and looked up at the ceiling. I was really hoping I could find tickets to see Zoey and Alfie. I miss them terribly. I haven't seen them in forever and I've never even been to Brighton before. I've seen glimpse of it in Zoey and Alfie's vlogs and it seems cool. I'm just so upset right now. I miss my friends. Maybe the tickets will change but I'm not sure. I hope I get to see them soon. I text Zoey and Alfie and FaceTime them all of the time. They're like my family. Most of the YouTube community is. We're all a family.
My door opened and in walked Taylor. He climbed into bed with me and cuddled me.
"Don't be sad baby. We'll find plane tickets soon." Taylor said.
"No we won't. I already checked. I really miss them." I said.
My voice cracked and Taylor noticed. He sat up and pulled my with him.
"Listen." Taylor pressed his hand to my cheek.
"We'll find plane tickets okay? All of us will make sure you get to see Zoey and Alfie soon. We know how much you miss them so we'll figure something out, I promise. I love you and I'd do anything for you." Taylor said.
"I love you too." I whispered.
Taylor slowly leaned into me but didn't kiss me.
"Jade Elizabeth, is it okay if I kiss you or is it to soon?" Taylor asked.
That's so sweet how he asked if he could kiss me. He knew that I could've gotten freaked out by the memories but that's so sweet.
"Kiss me." I whispered.
Taylor smiled and leaned into me. I wish I could've enjoyed the kiss but I couldn't. All I could picture was Rick's lips and the other guys'. I could feel Rick's touches even though Taylor wasn't even touching me. I pulled away and started breathing heavily. I couldn't breath.
"Fuck. Jade I'm sorry. I shouldn't have even asked because I wouldn't have even kissed you. God I'm so sorry." Taylor said.
I started breathing fast and crying. Taylor picked me up bridal style and ran downstairs.
"What happened?!" Sam yelled and ran to me.
"I was cheering her up and I asked if I could kiss her and she said yes so I kissed her and she started having a panic attack." Taylor said in a panicky tone.
"Here, sit her down on the couch." Connor said as everyone got off the couch.
Taylor sat down on the couch and put me next to him. He grabbed one of my hands and Kian grabbed the other.
"Jade, I need you to listen to me. It's okay. Nothing's happening to you. Rick or the other guys aren't here so calm down. We're right here." Kian looked me in the eyes as he spoke.
I nodded and tried to calm my breathing. I managed to calm down some but I still couldn't catch my breath. Have you ever ran like up the stairs and been out of breath a little? That's how it is right now but it feels like I ran up and down the stairs 3 times.
"Jade, it's okay. Calm down baby girl." Kian said and I squeezed his hand.
I closed my eyes and focused on my breathing.
"Good. Keep doing whatever you're doing Jade, it's working." Taylor said.
I eventually got my breathing back to normal and Andrea brought me a water.
"Thanks Andy." I said.
I drank down the water and set the bottle on the table.
"I'm sorry about all of this. I didn't mean for it to happen." I apologized.
"Don't apologize for something that wasn't your fault. It wasn't anyone's fault." Sam said.
Everyone hugged me and I smiled.
"I love you guys." I said.
"We love you too." Trevor said.

I know this update sucks but I'm trying my best. I've been thinking about ending this book but I kind of want to and kind don't because I'll probably cry if I do. I've been thinking about starting a new book and that's why I've been thinking about ending this one. Im scared that if I end this then a few weeks later I'll get a good idea and not be able to write it because it's ended. I won't end this book yet though but I also don't want my chapters to become stupid and suck. I want to end it positively. It's not over though but updates will take somewhat longer and I'm very sorry.
