Chapter 215

(Jade's P.O.V)

When we got back to the house, everyone crashed and fell asleep. Livi went up to the guest room to sleep since I thought it wasn't fair to have her sleep down here on the living room floor since she's a guest. Sammy went up to my room so that he could sleep as well, but knowing him he won't go to sleep until I'm up there. He'll probably be on Netflix.

"Want to go on the roof?" I asked Colt and he nodded.

Taylor looked up from his phone. He was sitting on the couch, not able to fall asleep.

He had sadness in his eyes. I remember how we'd sleep up there sometimes. It was really peaceful. Those are just memories now.

I grabbed a blanket and Colt and I walked outside and up onto the roof. I laid down the blanket, then we crawled onto it, gazing up at the stars.

"What did you use to do all the time?" I asked.

"What do you mean?" Colt said.

"Like, your hobbies. Singing, dancing, etc." I replied.

"I sang." Colt replied shyly.

"Can you sing for me? Please?" I begged.

"What do you want to hear? I haven't sang in forever though so it'll be bad." Colt said.

"The Mortician's Daughter by Black Veil Brides." I said.

Colt began singing the lyrics. It was so beautiful. Colt's voice sent chills down my spine and made me smile. This song is a very beautiful song too.

When he finished, he looked at me.

"That-that was beautiful." I smiled.

"Thanks." He blushed.

"You should sing more. We could do a duet!" I excitedly said.

"You think so?" Colt said.

"I know so." I smiled.

Hours later, it was 4 am. Colt and I grabbed the blanket and then headed inside. We were pretty tired now.

"Goodnight Colty." I hugged Colt.

"Goodnight Jade." Colt kissed my forehead and then I walked upstairs to the bathroom.

I washed my face and brushed my teeth, then went into my room where I found a shirtless Sammy with his sweats on watching Ride Along on Netflix.

"Why aren't you asleep?" I asked.

"You know I can't sleep unless you're with me and/or you're in the same room as me." He replied.

It's always been like this. Sammy can't sleep without waking up several times in the night unless I'm with him. He said he feels better when I'm with him, but he also likes knowing that I'm safe.

I stripped my clothes off and then grabbed Sammy's shirt that he wore today. It was just a plain, white t shirt. As usual.

"You look so good in my clothes." Sammy bit his lip as he stared me up and down.

"Especially when you're wearing just my t shirt." He said.

I smirked and walked over to him, straddling his waist. He placed his hands on my thighs and we stared into each other's eyes.

"You're so damn beautiful." Sammy breathed.

I smiled and pressed my lips to his. He gripped my thighs. After a few minutes of kissing his lips, I moved to his neck.
