Chapter 99

(Jade's P.O.V)

I walked out of the room and I walked out into the hallway when I felt a hand cover my mouth and pull me into another room. I squealed and the person locked the door. The lights were off so it was somewhat dark in the room. The person flicked the light on and there stood Jack G.

"You scared the crap out of me! Why'd you do that?" I half shouted and Jack G chuckled.

"Sorry. I just wanted to talk to you." He said and I calmed down.

"Are you going to tell Taylor about you and Matt?" he asked and I sighed.

"I think so. After every shitty thing he's done to me, I don't want to hide this from him and have him find out later on. It'll cause lots of problems and he'll be upset and no one deserves a heart ache." I said and Jack G nodded.

"You know, you're a really cool girl. You don't purposely try to hurt someone even if they hurt you." Jack G smiled and I smiled back.

He opened his arms, wanting a hug so I walked to him and he wrapped his arms around me. I wrapped my arms around his torso and he wrapped his arms around my shoulders. I laid my head on his chest and closed my eyes.

"You're very beautiful Jay." Jack G whispered and my cheeks heated up.

"Thanks Gilinksy. You're not bad either." I whispered and he lifted my head up and stared into my eyes.

I stared into his eyes as well and just got lost. His jaw line is my most favorite thing about him. Our lips were so close to touching.

"Jack, as much as I want to kiss you, I can't hurt Taylor like that." I whispered.

"I want to kiss you as well but I know it would hurt Taylor and he's my best friend. That's why I still haven't kissed you." Jack G smiled.

He's a great friend. He won't kiss me because he knows it'll hurt Taylor and he doesn't want me to go through all of that drama.

"Let's head back downstairs." Jack said and I nodded.

I gave him a quick kiss on the cheek and we walked downstairs. I got an uneasy feeling in my stomach and I felt as if I would puke. I have to tell Taylor but I don't know how he'll react.

"Hey Jade Elizabeth." Taylor smiled and kissed me on my cheek when I sat down.

"Hey Tay. I need to talk to you later." I said and he nodded.

Everyone was here and we were just sitting around thinking about what we could do.

"How about we go walking around town." I suggested and everyone nodded.

I got my shoes on and grabbed my phone, then walked out the door with everyone else. Taylor grabbed my hand and smiled at me. I smiled back and kissed his cheek. We walked around town for a bit and looked for places to go.

"You know Jade Elizabeth, I'm sorry for everything I've put you through. I haven't been on my best terms with you and I'm so sorry. I know I say sorry all of the time but I mean it. You mean everything to me and I wouldn't give you up for all of the money in the world. You're an amazing friend and you'd be an even more amazing girl friend. I haven't asked you out yet because I'm waiting for the right time. Anyway, I'm sorry for everything I've put you through and I want you to know that you mean something to me." Taylor smiled and so did I.

We stopped walked but the group kept going. I looked into his eyes and he looked into mine. He leaned in and I did as well. Our lips slowly connected and I smiled into the kiss which caused Taylor to smile. This moment felt magical and almost perfect but there was still one thing, I slept with Matt and haven't told Taylor yet. I pulled away and Taylor and I connected our hands together again and continued walking. We fell behind from the group but we didn't care. I need to stop worrying and enjoy this moment with Taylor. We stopped outside of a little toy shop with everyone and they all walked in. Taylor and I followed them into the store and everyone began to spread out. I was walking with Taylor and turned my back to look at something and when I turned back around Taylor was gone. Great. I searched for Taylor but I couldn't find him. I felt someone jab me in the ribs and I jolted my arm back and heard someone groan.

"Shit Tay! Are you ok baby?" I asked and he nodded.

I elbowed Taylor right in the stomach as hard as I could. I hate it when people grab my ribs like that. (A/N: people do this to me at school a lot and a few years back my best guy friend did it and I turned around and punched him in the jaw but I didn't realize it was him😁)

I helped Taylor up and planted kissed all over his face. I left a kiss on his lips as well.

"I'm so sorry honey." I said.

I've never called Taylor honey before but I kind of like it.

"It's alright. You made it better by calling me honey. That's a cute little name for me." Taylor smiled and I blushed a little.

We began to walk out of the store but Taylor stopped and told me to go wait outside with everyone else. I stood by Matt and I hugged him.

"What's he doing now?" he asked.

"I don't even know. He just told me to stand out here with you guys." I said and Taylor came out with a bag.

We continued walking, hand in hand and I smiled. I wish I could stay like this forever.
