Chapter 172

(Jade's P.O.V)
Andrea got up and opened the door. Zoe, Alfie, Dan, Phil, Louise, and Joe walked inside. I squealed and ran to Zoe.
"Oh my god oh my god oh my god!" I yelled, squeezing Zoe.
"We totally made you think we weren't coming!" Zoe laughed.
"You really did. I was so upset! How did you guys get here? Like did you just plan this?" I asked.
Zoe pointed to Kian and Sam and my eyes began watering.
"You guys did this?" I asked and they nodded with big smiles on their faces.
I ran to them and hugged them.
"Thank you guys! I love you so so much!" I cried.
Tears fell from my eyes as I pulled away and went to hug everyone else.
"Happy birthday kiddo."
Alfie said.
"Thanks Alfie." I said.
I hugged Louise next.
"Happy birthday darling." She said and I thanked her.
Next, Phil.
"Happy birthday Jade." Phil said as we hugged.
"Thank you." I smiled.
Now Dan. He wrapped his arms around me and kissed my forehead.
"Happy birthday." Dan said.
"Thanks Daniel." I thanked him.
Finally, Joe. My eyes watered and I hugged him tightly. He wrapped his arms around my waist and we buried our heads in each other's neck.
"I missed you so much." I whispered so only Joe could hear.
"I missed you too." Joe whispered.
We pulled away and I kissed him on the cheek. We all sat down and talked about what we should do today.
"Well, first we should give you your presents." Kian said.
"You guys didn't have to get me anything." I smiled.
"We wanted to. It's your birthday." Nash said.
Everyone got their presents for me. I opened them one by one.

I only had Kian's present left as well as Sammy's, Matt's, and Taylor's.
Andrea got me a pair of shoes that I've been wanting for months now. They're black stilettos and they're so cute. They were around $200 so I ended up not getting them but now I have them thanks to Andrea. Acacia bought me some sweatpants from Victoria's Secret which I loved. That's only a portion of what I got but I won't go into details since that would take a while since there was a lot of people here.
I opened Kian's present and it was a box of a few things. There was a picture frame with a picture of me, Sammy, Kian, and Sam in it. I smiled. I remember the day that was taken too. My dad took it because we were all at the zoo together with my parents for my 7th birthday. Next in the small box was a note from my mother. I decided to wait to read that for when I'm alone. The last thing in the box was a silver bracelet with a heart charm that said 'forever and always'. I smiled at Kian and he smiled back.
"Thank you Bean." I walked over to him and kissed his cheek then sat back down.
Next I opened Matt's. His was a cardboard box with a few things in it too. There was a big polar bear beanie boo stuffed animal that was like 12 inches tall and it was so adorable, a pair of black nike sweatpants, and a shirt that said 'All Monsters Are Human'. (AHS reference.)
"Thanks Matty." I smiled.
"You're welcome." He said as I kissed his cheek since he was sitting right next to me.
Now Sammy's present. It was also a box. What's up with all these boxes? Lol. I opened it and there was a plain black shirt.
"Sammy, is this the shirt?" I asked.
"Yes it is. The one and only." Sammy smiled.
"You can't give this to me. It's the only one!" I said.
"Well now it's yours." Sammy said.
"What the bloody hell is going on?" Alfie laughed.
"It's me and Sammy's thing. This is his lucky shirt. Whenever he wore this, something good would happen and now he's giving it to me. He always used to wear this." I said.
"You guys are weird." Jc laughed and so did everyone else.
The other thing in the box was a pair of white vans since I've been wanting new ones.
"How did you know I wanted these? Did anyone tell you? I asked.
"Nope. I just thought they'd look good on you." Sammy smiled.
The next thing was a black stuffed animal bear which was super cute. The friendship bracelet that I had gotten for Sammy and I years ago was on its wrist. He had one and I had one but I ended up loosing mine and now it's on the bear. The bracelet was a silver bracelet with a heart that said best friends. I was in like 4th grade when I got it.
"Where did you find the bracelet?" I asked.
"It was in my suitcase when I unpacked when I got here. I have no idea why it was there." Sammy said.
The last thing was kind of personal. It was the last photos ever taken by my parents of me and Sammy because they died the next day. It was late and rainy, they wanted to go for a drive and it started to get really had outside. I worried about them but then in the middle of the night, police came to the door and told Sam and I. Sammy was there too since he decided to stay the night.
There were 4 photos. We were in 8th grade at the time. The same year my parents died. The first one was of me and Sammy at my house sitting on the couch playing a video game together on the tv. The next one was of us at the beach because later that day we went to the beach and had lots of fun. Our arms were around each other and we were smiling. The next photo was us asleep in the backseat of the car. My arm was linked with his and my head was on his shoulder and his head was on mine. I smiled at the memory. The last photo was of us around the bonfire that my dad has kit for us. We were standing in front of it hugging. We had glow sticks around our necks, wrists, and head like a headband. I remember this day so well. It was like the last good day before someone dies you know? I don't know if you guys have heard of it but if you haven't, the last good day is where someone who is going to die has a good day the day before they die. No one knew my parents were going to die but still.
"Thank you Sammy." My voice cracked and I began crying.
He was right next to me on my right (Matt was on my left) and he hugged me tightly. He stroked my hair and shushed me.
"Shh. It's okay. Don't get on your birthday Lizzie." Sammy calmed me and I stopped crying.
"Thank you so much. I can't believe you got copies of these." I smiled and kissed his cheek.
Lastly of my presents, Taylor's. I opened the box and there was 3 Victoria's Secret bras, one was a lacy light blue, the other was plain black, and the last one was a lacy neon pink bra. The second thing in the box was a grey beanie. The third thing was a Stitch stuffed animal because Stitch is amazing. The last thing was the picture of us kissing on the beach that I lost and desperately looked for everywhere.
"Thank you Tay. I love you." I smiled and walked over to him.
"I love you too." He smiled back.
I gave him a peck on the lips and then grabbed all my presents and carried them up to my room. I set the boxes down on the floor and put them in places. I began singing Diet Mountain Dew by Lana Del Rey.
"You're no good for me, baby you're no good for me but baby I want you I want you. Diet Mountain Dew baby New York City never ever was a girl so pretty. Do you think we'll be in love forever. Do you think we'll be in love?" I walked around my room placing things where I think they'd be best.
I put the stuffed animal that Matt gave me on the side of my bed, the animal Taylor gave me on my bed, and the animal Sammy gave me on my bed as well but I took the bracelet off and set it on my dresser. I kept singing though.
"Nice singing." Someone said.
I jumped and looked to my doorway and saw Sammy. He walked in my room and stood next to me and I hugged him tightly.
"Thank you so much Sammy for everything you've ever done for me. I love you so much." I said.
"I love you too Jade. I got the pictures from your mom when she took them. I made another copy of them so we both have them. I have to say, that was one of the best days ever. We got to hang out so much. It was amazing." Sammy said.
"It was one of the best days ever for me too. Looking back at those photos brings back so many memories. My favorite one is us in the car." I smiled.
"I love the campfire one." Sammy said.
A few seconds passed by in silence but Sammy spoke up a little bit later.
"Jade, I want you to know that wherever I am, whether I'm downstairs with you or all the way across the USA, I'll always be thinking of you. You're all I'll ever need in life. I'm here for you always. It'll always be you." Sammy said and my eyes teared up.
"Where would I be without you? I'm so glad you're here. You're part of the missing piece I've needed in my life." I said.
Sammy kissed my forehead and then we walked back downstairs.
(Taylor's P.O.V)
I heard everything they said. I was on my way to the bathroom when I heard them talking so of course I had to hear it. I think that Sammy and Jade secretly like each other but they won't admit it. It fucking bothers me. Now Joe is here and I have no idea what will happen between him and Jade. They'll probably just sleep together again. I don't fucking care anymore.
Woah. That's a lie. I do care. It's Jade's birthday so I hope nothing goes wrong. But if anyone tries anything with my girl, I'll lose it. She hasn't been talking to me much since she's with Sammy and that hurts. But no one messes with my girl.
I heard them start walking out so I quickly ran back downstairs.
