Chapter 101

(Jade's P.O.V)

I woke up to voices talking.

"She'll wake up soon and you can talk to her." I heard Sam say.

"Ok." Another voice said.

I haven't heard this voice in a while and I wish I hadn't.

I opened my eyes and stood up. I saw him sitting there and was about to bolt to my room but I was stopped.

"Please let me talk Jade. I need to talk to you." He said.

"No Dom. You had your chance. How did you even get here?" I asked.

"I was in Florida for Digitour and Sam said you guys were here so I came to visit and talk to you." Dom said and I walked up to my room.

Tears filled my eyes as I remembered what he did. I walked into my room and cried. I felt someone pick me up and carry me somewhere else. It was Matt. He carried me to his room and held me in his arms.

"What happened baby girl?" Matt asked.

"Matt!" I exclaimed and hugged him.

"I'm so sorry for what Taylor did. I love you Matt." I said and kisses his cheek.

"It's ok. I'm not mad. What happened?" He asked.

"Dom is here." I said and rolled my eyes.

"What happened between you two anyway? You hate him a lot and none of us know why." Matt asked.

"When I'm ready I'll tell you. I'm ok though." I said and smiled.

Matt and I walked downstairs where everyone was including Dom. I ignored him though.

"So what should we do today?" Andrea asked.

"We could all go to the beach." Sam suggested and everyone agreed.

"I think I'm just going to stay here." I said and Sam nodded.

"I'll stay too." Taylor said.

"You don't have to Tay-"

"I want to." Taylor said and kissed my cheek.

Everyone got their swim suits on and left. I walked upstairs to my room and slipped on a pair of leggings with the sweat shirt Taylor gave me. It's pretty big on me but I love it. I walked downstairs and Taylor smiled.

"You look cute in my clothes." I could feel my cheeks heating up.

I smiled and I caught Taylor staring at my hand.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"You don't have it on." Taylor said as his head lowered.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"The promise ring. You don't have it on." Taylor sounded upset and hurt.

I walked upstairs and grabbed the ring from my suit case. I put it on my ring finger and walked back downstairs to Taylor.

"I have it on now Tay." I said as I sat on his lap.

Taylor lifted his head up and smiled. I smiled back and he kissed me.

"I almost forgot!" Taylor said.

"What?" I asked.

"Stay here. I have to go get some things." I stayed on the couch while Taylor ran up the stairs.

Moments later he came down with 3 little bags. He held them out towards me and I hesitated to take them.

"I go you these when we went around town with everyone." Taylor said and I smiled slightly.

Taylor sat down next to me and I opened the first bag. There was a brown, soft teddy bear. It was cute and it smelt just like Taylor. It was the size of a normal teddy bear.

"It smells just like you." I smiled and so did Taylor.

The next bag I opened had a silver necklace with the initials TMC on it. I smiled and put it on.

"It stands for Taylor Michael Caniff. I want you to have something of me that's not a sweat shirt if that makes sense." Taylor smiled.

I kissed his cheek and opened the last bag. The last bag brought tears to my eyes. There was a photo frame with a collage of pictures of Taylor and I at the beach, cuddling, sleeping, everything. we looked so cute. My favorite picture was the one where we were sleeping and Taylor had his arm around me. Almost like we were spooning I guess.

"Tay, I love it!" I exclaimed and engulfed him in a hug.

I squeezed him tightly and pulled away. I crashed my lips against his and our lips moved in perfect sync. I smiled into the kiss and so did Taylor. Taylor leaned back so I was on top of him. As much as I want to go all the way with Taylor, I can't. Not right now. I pulled says and smiled.

"Thank you so much Tay." I said.

"You're welcome. I thought I'd get you something nice to make some things up to you." Taylor said.

We sat back up and I grabbed the bear. I held it in my arms and Taylor chuckled. My phone went off and it was a text from Kian.

*We're on our way back now. See you soon.*

I didn't respond to the text since I really didn't need to. I realized my lock screen was a photo of Palm trees so I changed it to a picture of me kissing Taylor on the cheek at the beach. The picture was taken before they all left for tour. Taylor smiled as I changed my lock screen to the photo. Taylor grabbed his phone and turned it on so I could see his lock screen. It was the same photo as mine.

"I've had this as my lock screen since we left for Magcon." Taylor smiled.

I kissed his cheek and cuddled up into his chest. We had about 5 minutes of quiet until the door flew open and everyone came rushing in.

"We had so much fun." Nash said.

"What's all of this?" Carter asked, pointing to the stuff Taylor gave me.

"Taylor gave me this stuff." I said with a smile.

"Aww. That's cute. You know Taylor really likes you? Over these past couple days all he's talked about it you and how perfect you are." Carter said and Taylor blushed.

"Shut up Carter." He said and I giggled.

I kissed Taylor and he smiled. I've smiled a lot today and I feel great.

I kept smiling until Dom walked in the door.

"Jade, can I please talk to you now? I miss my baby sister." Dom said and I shook my head.

"I have nothing to do with you." I said.

"Fine." He sighed and walked out into the back yard where everyone else was.

"I know I don't know anything about the situation, but at least give Dom a chance. He misses you he said." Taylor said and I sighed.

"I know but I'm just not ready." I said and Taylor nodded.

"When we you're ready you should talk to him. Take your time baby." Taylor said.

When will I be ready? Will I ever be ready?
