Chapter 193

(Sammy's P.O.V)
After I asked Jade to be my girlfriend, we all hung out at the beach for a while. Taylor walked off after Jade said yes so no one knows where he is. Oh well. That is his loss. He decided to be a jerk to Jade and someone else came along and swept her off her feet and carried her to safety. I will never treat Jade the way he did. I have more respect than that.
I just hope that Jade is almost over Taylor because it could be hard if she constantly misses Taylor. I think she's almost over him though. Hopefully.
(Taylor's P.O.V)
After she said yes, my heart shattered and I just walked off. I ran to my house and went up to my room. I can't stand seeing them together but I have to get used to it. I know that I can't have Jade anymore because now she has Sammy and I can see them going on for a while. I still love her, but if she's happy with Sammy then so be it. I at least want to be friends with her. I doubt that she'd ever want me in her life after everything I've said. I regret it all. Maybe I'll call her later and apologize again.
(Jade's P.O.V)
Taylor walked off after I said yes to being Sammy's girlfriend but I really don't care. I'd rather him be gone and not cause problems than stay here only to make smart remarks. I have so much hatred towards him. I'm glad I'm with Sammy. Taylor is so overrated.
We all hung out at the beach for a while, but then we got tired so we went back to my house. We all chilled on the couch but then we got super bored.
"What can we do?" Matt asked.
"I don't know about you guys, but I need to tidy up this place." I said.
"It is getting pretty messy. There's lots of dishes and counters to clean, sinks to he scrubbed, and more." Andrea agreed.
"How about we all clean it? Matt, Cam, Kian, Sam, Nash, and the Jacks can clean up around here, Acacia, Andrea, Jc, Ricky, Connor, and Trevor can clean the basement, and Sammy and I could clean the upstairs." I suggested and everyone agreed to that plan.
Sammy and I went upstairs and I changed out of my clothes I was wearing and into yoga shorts and a grey, t shirt crop top. I put my hair up in a high, lost only tail and Sammy just changed into his sweats and took off his shirt.
We started off by cleaning the bathroom. I took all of the shampoos and soaps and all of that stuff and put them on the floor. I grabbed the foaming cleaner stuff from under the sink cabinet and I scrubbed the bathtub with a sponge. Sammy scrubbed the sink with a soft as well. After I cleaned the tub, I put everything back and grabbed the broom from the closet just outside the door and I swept the floor. Sammy cleaned the toilet and took out the waste from the small waste bin.
Next, we went to the guest room. As we walked into Acacia's room, music started playing from downstairs. Music always helps speed up the time when cleaning. No Sleep by Wiz Khalifa played and Sammy and I kind of danced around the room while cleaning.
"Jade, you look gorgeous in those shorts." Sammy complimented me.
"They're really short." I replied.
"Exactly." Sammy smirked and I playfully slapped his arm.
"Hey, you have a nice body, but your looks are a bonus." Sammy said, causing me to blush.
"You're so sweet." I smiled.
"And you're so adorable when you blushed." I blushed even more.
Sammy chuckled at me and kissed my forehead. We resumed cleaning and I grabbed the vacuum out of the closet and vacuumed the floor. After that, Sammy and I changed the bed sheets on the bed and tidied up Acacia's bed just the way she likes it. We also did all of this to Andrea's room once we got there.

3 hours later and the whole house was cleaned, including my room. It looked great. Everyone did a great job.
"Thank you guys for your help. It means a lot and was so much easier." Acacia thanked everyone.
"No problem babe." Sam kissed her cheek.
They're so cute.
"I say we get some food. It's already 5 pm and I'm starving." Matt said.
"Let's get some Chinese." Cam replied.
Matt, Kian, and Jc decided to go get the food so everyone wrote down what they wanted on a piece of paper. I just wrote down white rice since I didn't really feel like eating. Sammy got the same thing. I was hungry, but I just didn't want to eat. Have you ever done that? You're hungry but you don't feel like eating? I do it a lot.
The boys left to go get our food and Sammy pulled me on to his lap. He wrapped his arms around my waist and he snuggled his head into my neck.
"You guys are going to be together forever. I can just tell. If you can have feelings for each other since 3rd grade and keep those feelings even when you guys were departed, then you'll last a while. You're the cutest couple ever." Gilinsky said.
"Thanks G." I smiled.
"It's true. You guys are the cutest couple ever." Connor said.
I started blushing and everyone awed. Sammy even blushed too. He smiled and buried his head into my neck even more.
"See! You guys even blush at the mention of being together." Andrea said.
"Guys, my head is going to explode from blushing." I giggled.
We all laughed.
"We just cleaned the house. I'd rather not have to clean your brain off of the walls." Acacia said and we all laughed.
"It's going to take a while to get the food, so why don't we go cuddle?" Sammy said in my ear.
"I'd love that." I smiled.
Sammy and I got up and Johnson questioned us.
"Where you guys going?" He asked.
"To cuddle and talk." I said.
"Have fun cuddling." Johnson smirked and I playfully rolled my eyes.
Sammy and I walked upstairs and laid down on my bed. I laid my head on Sammy's chest and rested my hand on his stomach. He interlocked our fingers together and I planted a kiss on his chest. I reached my other hand up and played with his hair. He loves it when I play with his hair.
"So how was your day?" Sammy asked.
"It's been pretty good. How about you?" I replied.
"Amazing because I spent it with you." Sammy smiled, causing me to smile.
My phone rang and I noticed the ringtone. It was Independence Day by 5sos. It was Taylor.
"Answer it. Maybe it's important." Sammy said so I did as he said.
I put my phone on speaker so Sammy could hear.
"What Taylor." I snapped.
"Okay, I know that we can't be together again since you have Sammy and that's okay. As long as you're happy then I'll be okay. You and Sammy will go on for a while. I can tell that you truly love each other." Taylor paused.
"Is that all?" I asked.
"No. I now that we can't be together, but I'm so sorry for everything that I ever said and did to you. I regret it completely. I was just angry and I'm so sorry. I want to at least be friends with you. I don't want to just hate each other forever because I miss having you in my life. Even as just friends I'd be happy. Please, give me a shot at our friendship." Taylor apologized.
"Taylor, I'm so hurt by everything that you said and did. It killed me each time you did that stuff. I'm still upset about it, but I'm willing to try to be friends, but I just need a little time to think about it. We can only be friends, that's it but I will need time to think. We won't be anything more and I'm sorry about that." I said.
"Take all the time you need to think. If it means we can be friends then that's fine. I know that we can't be anything more but that's okay as long as we're friends. I won't try anything. I won't try to get back with you because I respect you and your relationship." Taylor said.
"Thank you Taylor. I'm gonna go. I'll get back to you soon." I said and hung up the phone.
"Would you care if I was friends with him? I don't have to be if you don't want me to." I asked Sammy.
"Baby, you can do whatever you want. I won't control you." Sammy smiled and so did I.
"I love you." I said.
"I love you too." Sammy pressed his lips to mine.
