Mood: Dance Monkey - Tones and I
"What the hell are you doing here?" Genji hissed.
"Aww, why so tense, Sparrow?" Sombra mocked as she appeared in front of Genji. "Ah, that's right."
She snickered as she pointed to his wheelchair.
"I told you not to call me that!" Genji grunted at her with disgust in his voice.
"What? Would you rather I called you... ninja boy?" Sombra said with a snicker. "A little more edge to it, than Sparrow... now that you are all grown up."
"I would rather you didn't call me anything!" Genji said and locked eyes with her. "I would rather you disappeared and never showed your face anywhere around me or anyone I know ever again!"
Sombra raised an eyebrow and took a step towards him, swinging her hips as she did so.
"Not the warm welcome I would have expected, to be honest," Sombra said with a faked pout.
"You betrayed me! What the fuck do you expect?!" Genji growled.
"Betrayed you?" Sombra let out surprised.
Genji looked at her in utter disbelief.
"Oh, you mean the shutting you down part," Sombra said with a giggle.
"Kind of... yeah," Genji said and shook his head at the pure stupidity of Sombra's comment. "You lured me there and stabbed me in the back!"
"Lured you? Your brother and Gabriel were there, weren't they?" Sombra defended herself.
She found a boulder next to Genji and sat down with her legs crossed, leaning her elbow on her knee while playing with her fingers.
"Yes, they were," Genji said as he glared at her. "But you deceiving me prevented me from saving my brother and doing anything about Reyes!"
Sombra looked back at him and tilted her head.
"Do you honestly think that I couldn't have shut you down permanently if I wanted to?" she said with a crooked smile.
Genji's eyes widened slightly.
"That's right," she said. "Do you think it was a coincidence that your body 'suddenly' started working again?"
Genji went silent for a few moments before he let out a displeased grunt.
"Yeah, you surely were not just paid whatever your get-up costs for having me delivered?" he barked back sarcastically. "It had nothing to do with Torbjörn installing a security feature in the armor? It was all you... out of the kindness of your rotten heart."
"Hey!" Sombra said and shrugged. "A girl has to make a living you know. I gave you the opportunity to do what you were there to do. Not my problem that you fucked it up royally."
"That I fucked it up!" Genji yelled at her and grabbed onto the armrests of the wheelchair in pure frustration.
"I thought you were the best fighter out there, that is at least what Talon made it sound like... that is why they wanted you, you know," she said and let out another snicker. "The deadliest weapon there is... but apparently they were wrong, given how easily they took you out."
Genji was fuming with anger.
"Do you have any idea what you did!?" he barked at her. "Not only did you risk my life. You risked the lives of pretty much everyone I care about! And on top of that they almost breached into Athena, risking the life of everyone that has ever been connected to Overwatch! And for what? Money?!"
