"Alright, what's the plan?"
The three higher-ups had requested a meeting with Violet and Julian to discuss the upcoming mission and how it should be carried out. They couldn't come up with a solid plan that satisfied everyone without having the imput of Violet and her powers, as she would play an important role in the mission. They respected and considered the opinions of the two as they have had experience in mission planning and overall a very strong training background from when they were assassins. Their input will be more than handy to them as their minds were one of the sharpest around. And it was not going to be an easy mission by any chance, therefore they needed to plan this way before its time. "As you know, this mission will put Violet's abilities to use out in the field." Erwin said. "We need to strategize and reform positions in the case something goes wrong and to keep everyone as safe as we can."
"This is unlike anything we've done before, so ensuring that everyone is safe and that the mission is a success is key." Hanji added.

They all stood around a table, looking at the map laying on it. It had an overall sketch of the forest where the mission was going to take place and it had a few pencil marks of where Commander Erwin had been trying to theorize his plan. The three higher-ups had been at it for hours now, trying to strategize a good plan, that looking at the map was starting to become a pain for their minds. They couldn't come up with good formations where they felt that the cadets would be safe in case something went south, so that's why they called Violet and Julian over to Erwin's office. "Right, so what do you have so far?" Julian asked as he looked up from the map.
"So far, nothing." Hanji said. "We don't know how to divide the groups."
"What about the formations for the last mission? We can use that method but change a few aspects." Violet said. "It was a good formation, all we have to do is adapt and change a few things."
Erwin nodded his head and drew on the map the formation from last time. Levi's Squad upfront in the middle, Hanji's on Levi's right side, Erwin's on the far left, etc. His arm moved around the map, making small annotations if he deemed necessary. Once it was all written down, he looked up to Violet and the rest. "How far do your powers reach? Like if you summoned a fire, how far would that extend to?" Julian asked.
Violet shrugged. "For as far as I want. I just have to picture it and it will happen."
"In other words, there is no exact distance." Levi said.
"Exactly."
Julian nodded. "How about for safety precautions we distance each group maybe two meters more, add it to the distance that already separates us."

Erwin calculated it all on his mind and once again drew on the map, this time erasing and measuring the new distances as he marked them down.
"How does that look?" Erwin asked.
"About right." Hanji said. "However, what powers do you plan on using, Violet?"
Violet hadn't thought about it till now when the question was asked by Hanji. She could control all her powers more than fine, as they came to her easier than before. But she had never used them for a circumstance like this. While she was trained by the Military Police how to be a killing machine with her new-found abilities, it was mainly directed towards humans not for impossibly large creatures. There was a fine line between what would work on mere humans with what would annihilate a creature that was around six times larger than her. "I don't know, I guess anything that you're okay with me utilizing on the field." Violet said. "Like maybe fire or that one ability where I can create anything so that I create stuff to pierce them through, I don't know."
"That would work, but how about your earth powers?" Julian said. "You could force roots out of the earth and tie them around the titan's feet, that way someone can kill them." It was a solid idea, Violet wasn't going to lie. It would be a good aid for their comrades and could potentially stop a titan from eating one of her friends. Violet and Julian nodded and turned to the three powers, waiting to see what they thought of their plan. It was not a bad idea from Julian, as the whole plot would facilitate the killing for some of their fellow cadets.
"I think that's a good idea." Hanji said, turning to look at the other two for approval.
Erwin said his approval while Captain Levi only nodded as he picked up his cup and took a sip of his tea.

Erwin wrote down everything on a piece of paper while he overlooked the map, writing ideas of his own and twitching a few ideas here and there.
"Alright, then I think I'm going to head out." Hanji said while placing both their arms over their head, heading towards the door. The meeting was pretty much over, Julian and Violet solving all of their problems regarding the mission, so Hanji took this as their leave. "Where do you think you're going, shitty glasses." Levi said.
"I have an experiment to do, Levi. So I will see you all later."
"You're all free to go." Erwin said, looking up from the paper. "Except Levi and Violet. I'm going to need you a bit longer."

Hanji took that as their leave and raced out of the door, presumably heading to their office to attend the experiments they were talking about. Julian looked over to Violet and gave her a thumbs-up as he left the room after the Captain of the Fourth Squad.
Violet took a seat on a chair around the table and look to the Commander of the Survey Corps. "What else do you need us for?" Violet saw from the corner of her eye Levi take a seat a chair away from her, as he crossed his legs and threw his arm over the chair.
"I just need you two to add more to the plan." Erwin said. "I feel some things are missing."
The two nodded and got a closer look at the map, while they spilled what they thought was right.

"Gods and now we have to train?" Violet whined as they exited the office to head to their usual, everyday training.
"Tch, stop whining brat."
"Hey, it's not my fault I do enjoy my rest unlike you."
Levi just rolled his eyes as the two took a turn and then went down a couple of stairs. They were heading towards the field where the rest of Squad Levi and the other cadets were surely training by this point. They kept walking until they were face to face with the field when Levi abruptly turned to Violet and extended his arm which held a piece of paper.
"What is this?" Violet ask, taking the paper from his hand.
"It's the plan." Levi said. "Learn it before the mission and memorize it."
Violet scoffed and rolled her eyes, a small smile on her lips. "Yeah, yeah, I will."

Violet appreciated that the Captain had gotten these notes for her as Violet always loved to be prepared before a mission. Especially as this one would require lots from her, it made her want to be even more prepared than before. She would play an important role and she would do anything in her power to make sure she didn't screw it up.
"You better, brat. I will be testing you regarding everything about it."
The girl's eyes widen at his words and before she got the chance to answer back, the Captain had started walking away to train. She picked up her pace and followed him, narrowing her eyes in annoyance. "Wait, wait, what do you mean 'test' me, you tiny little piece of--"
