"Goodmorning Staff and Students! First day back to our classes. I have a special announcement. This year professor Slughorn will be teaching the Potions class. Professor Snape has taken the Defense of the Dark Arts position. If you are interested in advance potions please come talk to me after breakfast and I will change your schedule. Now if our houses head boys and girls. Also prefects please step up so we can introduce you all." Dumbledore was speaking up at the front of the great hall. I got up out of my seat and went up to the front once he called for the prefects and Head students.
"Introducing Gryffindor's head girl and prefect Hermione Granger! Head boy of Gryffindor Cormac Mclaggen." I rolled my eyes once his name was called he was so self-centered.
"Introducing Slytherin head girl and prefect Rebecca Flowers! Head boy of Slytherin Draco Malfoy."
"Introducing Hufflepuff head boy and prefect Cedric Diggory! Head girl Susan Bones!"
"Introducing Head girl and Prefect Cho Chang! Head boy Roger Davies! Now please once you are all done eating get to your classes or come speak to me about advance potions!" Dumbledore finally finished talking and let us go. I went to sit back with Zamira she was already eating her food.
"I thought Cedric graduated last year." She says finishing off her sausage link.
"No, he does this year. It's his last year here." I say filling my plate, not too much.
"Oh, are you going to do advance potions?"
"Yea for sure I don't see why I shouldn't."
"Okay cool me... Um, look to your right down the table."
I turn my head and of course, it is happening again. Astoria messing with Draco and his hair and his tie. I choose to ignore it this time. He doesn't deserve my time right now. I finish my food and head up to Dumbledore. There isn't a long line at all so it is quick and easy.
He took off regular potions as my first class and switch that with Herbology and put advanced potions in its place as my third class.

This is shorter than I intended it to be. But I am honestly so tired right I did a lot today. So this is all for now till I get to better and needed parts to be longer
