(Y/n), a well known vigilante from (nation) was tasked to help the Knights of Favonius about a certain black serpent roaming throughout the city. He is a captain of the vigilantes that's why he was the one who got sent to the city for the huge case.
"So you're the famous vigilante that we're expecting" a navy haired male wearing an eyepatch on his right eye approached (Y/n) with a friendly, yet mysterious smile. "Greetings, the name's Kaeya. I'm the Cavalry Captain in the knights and I'm entrusted to take you to the headquarters"
The vigilante grins, "Nice to meet ya, Kaeya. Can you tell me what's the current situation with the black serpent?"
"I saw a suspicious child when the black serpent happened. She was behind the carriage when the serpents emerged from the carriage"
The two men started walking down the path while (Y/n) wondrously glanced around the surroundings, amazed at how festive Mondstadt is. Kaeya was rather happy that the vigilante was enjoying himself in the city. Even for just a short period of time, the two became well acquainted.
"Welcome to Mondstadt, (Y/n). I hope Kaeya showed you some of the known landmarks?" The grandmaster welcomed the vigilante with her warm smile. She is known as Jean, the 'dandelion knight' that open-heartedly helps the people as her duty. "Shall we discuss the matter in the library?"
(Y/n) nods and the three ventured off across the hallway where the library is located.
Both him and Kaeya were happily talking about Mondstadt while walking in the library. The vigilante met Lisa, the current librarian and the two became acquainted in no time. (Y/n) is like Kaeya, he can easily be friends with anyone in no time.
"So, this child you're speaking of.. you think that she's the perpetrator behind all of this?" Jean tapped against the wooden desk. She looked on a document that Kaeya handed with a perplexed expression on her face. "I don't think a child could summon such a creature like that, unless she's a prodigy in magic then I can consider her as a suspect"
Kaeya smirked and leaned back on his seat, "So if I can prove that the child is not innocent as you think, then I'd like a whole lifetime supply of Mondstadt's dandelion wine. Ice cold."
