There are always noises of haunting shackles at night. The kind of sound that would make anyone hide in reflex. Painful howls of pain echoed throughout the woods every nighttime.
Those were the imperial guards who drag females away for tormenting and maltreatment. That's why, a certain village disguised the females into males so that they wouldn't be found. (Y/n) however, decided to change their gender completely.
"Less complaints, more training!" Xiao crossed his arms and walked to the pair in the middle of the court, "Every Imperial Guard won't stop sparring with each other until their blood leaks out, understand?!"
Xiao is one of the high ranking soldiers who takes charge of abducting every woman in the land, as per the king's orders. He didn't have any issues with it except for the fact that his mother became a victim to this monstrosity. A dark, kept secret of him is that he makes sure some of the females would escape right before they get subdued to torture by the others.
One of the soldiers, (Y/n) was sent on a mission by his village to rescue his sister, Ganyu and the other female residents who were innocently abducted. He narrowed his eyes upon seeing the blood spurting out of one of the trainer's mouths as he got pinned on the ground.
"Finish him off!"
The others yell in excitement. (Y/n) covered his eyes in fear for the male's life while on the other hand, Xiao just looked at the two with coldness in his eyes. The soldier stood up and menacingly walked to where the sparring soldiers were upon seeing the unsure look of the victor's face.
As soon as everyone was distracted, (Y/n) stealthily stood up and ran away from the scene. It was a night of a full moon, a night where the imperial guards subjects their victims to torture. This is the last time for (Y/n) to fulfill his mission to his village.
Sword, distractions.. (Y/n) kept on replaying his plans in his head. One mishap, it would cost the life of him and his entire village.
