,,What's wrong?" I asked Adi after she closed the door to her office.

,,I didn't tell you this when Shawn was there because I don't want Shawn to tell Ethan." She said and that confused me.

,,Don't tell Ethan what?" I asked her confused and scared at the same time.

,,Matt.."

,,Matt what?"

,,He wants to get back together..." She said and my eyes widen.

,,WHAT!? NO! You'd never do that." I said and then saw the look on her face. ,,Addison! You'd never do THAT! Right?"

,,I wouldn't, but it'd make Stacy so happy to have her parents together..."

,,Adi NO! He cheated on you! Now that he sees that you are happy, he wants you back! NO! Don't even dare to think about it! Got it?" I asked her serious.

,,Yes..." She said, but I wasn't sure at all about her answer.

,,Do you love Ethan?" I asked her.

,,Of course I do." She said.

,,Then prove it! Don't break his heart because of Matt's stupid idea. ARGH! I swear I'm gonna kill that IDIOT someday!"

,,Calm down. I'm not gonna hurt Ethan in any way. I just don't know if Matt is gonna be happy with my decision."

,,Fuck Matt! Screw Matt! Who cares about Matt!?" I said like it was nothing.

,,Stacy does." Addison said and she, sadly, had a point.

,,Stacy is happy with how the things are now. She loves to live with you and likes visiting Matt from time to time." I said and Addison took a deep breath.

,,Yes, but things might change. You know Matt is not the only one that wants something from me. Ethan does too. He wants to be together for real. Like live together and I'm not sure if I want that, Mila." She said and sat down on her desk chair.

,,Didn't you always want to settle down with someone, get married and all this kind of stuff?" I asked her and she looked me right in the eyes.

,,If you would've asked me all that in college, then I would have said yes." She said and then looked down at her hands.

,,What changed?" I asked and kneed in front of her.

,,Stacy changed and I changed." She answered.

,,What do you want then, Adi?" I asked her.

,,I love Ethan, but don't want all this stuff anymore. To be honest, I kinda want to be just me and Stacy. I want it to be the way Stacy thinks it is." She confessed.

,,So what will you do?" I asked her.

,,I kinda hoped you will tell me that..."

,,I can't tell you what to do... What are the options in your head?" I asked her and she thought for a second.

,,I think I want time off... Like just Stacy and I, so I can figure out what I want." She said and I nodded.

,,You think about breaking up with Ethan...?"

,,No...I don't want that, but I don't know the rest. Like maybe I do want a future with him or maybe I don't..." She said and I knew she felt overwhelmed.

,,Take the weekend off, Adi. Go wherever you want with Stacy and clear your mind. Okay?" I said and she nodded.
