Camila POV
The next day it was Friday and after work, Shawn, Karen, Manuel, Riley and I would get to know Aaliyah's boyfriend.
,,Please behave. Okay?" I said to Shawn.
,,I'm trying." He said and I rolled my eyes at him.
When we were all ready, we walked to the car and Shawn drove us all to Aaliyah's apartment. The drive was a little bit longer because of the traffic, but we were punctual and right when Shawn parked his car I noticed that Karen and Manuel arrived too. After Shawn parked, we got out of the car and waited for Karen and Manny.
,,Grandma! Grandpa!" Riley said and ran to give them a hug.
,,Hey, princess." Karen said and kissed the top of Riley's head.
,,How are you, princess?" Manny asked her.
,,I'm good, but I'm hungry." Riley said and Shawn and I laugh lightly.
,,Then let's go upstairs. I'm dying to see who this boyfriend of Aaliyah's is." Manuel said.
,,I swear if you aren't nice with the boy, then you'll sleep on the couch for a week." Karen said and Shawn laughed lightly.
,,Same for you if you aren't nice." I said to him.
,,Oh please. That would be a torture for you too. You always need your cuddles." He said and smirked at me.
,,Riley can sleep with me." I said and Riley clapped her hands excited while Shawn rolled his eyes in a playful way. ,,But now seriously. Try to be nice. Both of you." I said and looked at Manny and Shawn while Karen nodded in agreement.
,,Okay I promise to be nice, but if he is an asshole, then I will be an asshole too." Shawn said.
,,Hello? You forgot that a five year old is here!?" In said shocked and saw that Shawn's eyes grew wide in realization.
,,Oh shit. I'm sorry." He said.
,,Shawn! Again!" I said and he put his hand over his mouth.
,,You didn't hear what daddy just said. Okay?" Karen said and gave Shawn a killer look.
,,So like I didn't hear when mommy said the b word to Amber." Riley said and my eyes grew wide.
,,Riley. What did we talk about?" I asked her and Shawn started laughing lightly.
,,I didn't say the word!" Riley said.
,,Let's just forget about the last five minutes. Okay?" Shawn asked and everyone just nodded.
Karen rang at the interphone and the door at the building opened a few seconds later. We all entered the building and walked upstairs to Aaliyah's apartment.
When we got at her door, Shawn knocked and immediately afterwards, Aaliyah opened the door.
,,Hello, family! Come in!" She said and made us space to enter.
We all took our shoes off and Shawn and I helped Riley to take off hers.
,,Everyone, this is Zack. Zack, this is my mom." Liyah said and pointed at Karen. ,,This is my dad." She said and pointed at Manny. ,,This is my brother, Shawn." She said and pointed at Shawn. ,,This is my future sister in law, Camila." She said and pointed at me. ,,And this princess is Riley." Aaliyah said and pointed at Riley.
