"Did Mix write back?"
Mile asked from Win as everyone else other than Win, Bright, Max and Tul left after they finished a meeting

"Not yet."
Win replied thoughtfully

"Isn't he under your supervision?"

"He is, Sir."
Win replied firmly and Max looked at him sternly

"So you are that disregarded for him to not reply to you even though you are a rank higher than him?"

Win did not reply. Mix usually does not act like this. Win knew it and he was puzzled too. Win knew about Mix very well, the boy knows his duties and will comprehend to them no matter what the situation is.

"Win. I am asking from you."
Mile said again as he glared at Bright without letting him speak

"I don't know sir. It is odd. He usually attends the duties well."
Win replied helplessly looking at Mile and the eldest prince sighed.

Mile wanted to scold Win for not keeping his crew under him properly but it just did not give him the heart scold the boy.

"This is not something he can handle light-heartedly. What if the attack happens earlier than expected? He needs to communicate for the love of god."

"I know sir. I'm sorry."
Win replied timidly bowing and then took a single look at Bright who was now gritting his teeth.

"That's okay. You are dismissed. I am feeling a ray of laser on my back"
Mile said grinning and the younger prince hissed

"Shut up. Why do you always pick on Win?"

"Because he is your boyfriend?"
Mile countered raising his eyebrow and both Max and Tul laughed

"So what does it have to do with this?"
Bright frowned like a kid

"That makes me itchy"

"For what?"

"To tease you."
Mile replied laughing and everyone including Win started to laugh.

"Angry. I'm so angry. I'm leaving."
Bright huffed as he started to walk away and just when Win was about to follow, he said in a warning tone

"Don't you follow me Metawin. You are not allowed in my chamber."

Win pouted cutely at the back of the youngest prince and then whiningly looked at Mile

"See Phi.... now is he is angry with me."

"Go after him then. No good will happen if you stand here and whine"
Mile chuckled shaking his head and Win pouted again before he started to follow

"Nong... our chamber is open for you to sleepover if he chases you."
Max shouted teasingly and Win puffed as he closed the door with a bang

"Why are you here? Get lost."
Max hissed at Tul rudely as he gestured Tul to go out and Tul glanced at Mile helplessly

"I was the one who told him to wait."
Mile said calmly and Max's head snapped at him

"Why?"

"None of your business."
Mile replied clicking his tongue and that phrase hit something hard deep inside Max.
