DC Headcanon's 6: Sparkle Sparkle!

But this....this song is DC. 'Don't stop dancing' is work. 

Maybe leading to the breakdown. 

The final meeting before they take a break before inauguration 

Things are.....chaotic as usual. 

DC is....just sitting there....letting the chaos happen 

He's muttering to himself, but everyone assumes it's over the work 

Has anyone checked on him? Has anyone asked why he won't stop the chaos? 

Counterpoint, is Florida making more chaos to get DC to acknowledge him? 

Also counterpoint, is California and Texas picking fights so they'll get DC to actually look up 

Also also counterpoint, is New York 'insulting' DC so he'll have a reason to look at him

Final counterpoint, Louisiana speaking either French or Cajun to make DC ask him what he's saying

If Kentucky and Georgia are there, I can see them not noticing the main five doing this purpose and telling them to stop that 

And all DC can do is mutter 'don't stop, don't stop dancing...don't stop....don't stop dancing...." his phone continuously going off, over and over again

I can't decide if that's where the breakdown happens or maybe the phone ringing a lot finally makes DC stand up, announce meetings over, and just walks out
