CDC much like FBI and CIA was found early in life
But unlike his twin cousins he grew up in an orphanage
DC had just turned eighteen but not doing government work yet. He didn't want CDC lost in the system so he took him in. He had a lot of help from Kentucky and Georgia tho because he was so young.
So yes I did just make Kentucky and Georgia grandparents as well. Georgia goes by the traditional grandpa and Kentucky's buddy.
