Breakdown OT6 stuff

Florida

Where is all of DC's work stuff and his laptop? Gone. They're all gone. When DC came home from the hospital Florida literally took all his stuff and hid it where he could never find it. It doesn't matter if DC is too nervous to go into his office, his laptop and work stuff won't come back out until he's fully recovered. 

Florida spends most of his time trying to make DC laugh and takes on night duties, snuggling him and wiping his tears away

Texas 

Texas has become overprotective as hell. Like beyond overprotective. DC can't even take three steps out of the living room without Texas following. He's tried going around without Texas but Texas always ends up there, ready to help. 

(Gun mention) 

On those rare occasions when DC goes out of the house, because it's good to get your strength back by walking, Texas now always has his gun with him. 

Louisiana

Louisiana has stepped up as the second-in-command. He's not weirdly serious but he is taking his job seriously, much to the chargin of Gov who thought the states would come to him for help/suggestions. Suddenly he knows everyone's schedules, when meetings are, shopping etc and plans accordingly. 

On his downtime when it's his turn to 'watch DC' they'll cuddle together and he'll teach him Creole 

New York

New York spends most of his time with DC now unless his brothers drag him away. He's an excellent cuddler and listener and will let DC cry on his shoulder when the memories become too much. He always has DC's meds ready and knows the exact time when they need to be taken. 

His jacket becomes a wonderful heat source on days DC can't get warm 

California

California is a tough case because since he blames himself he's gone on overdrive. He always has comments about the food plan, tries to get DC to eat more greens and health food, and is constantly asking what he needs, what he needs, what he needs. I'm not saying unlikely friend West Virginia pulls him away but he does. 

Sometimes California has to leave the Statehouse and just drive so he can cry, hating himself for what he's done
