I've decided Kentucky likes Halloween

He was never allowed to celebrate it as a kid (because Evil) and most of his twenties celebrating it is a blur (because wild child) but he did celebrate it when he was married and with the babies

They didn't have much in terms of neighborhood celebrating because they were that 'weird family' that lived in the forest with their farm. Kentucky tries making it good by getting the twins treats, and Georgia always made homemade costumes for the kids (nothing scary for DC, he didn't like scary IDC tho? Scarier the better.) 

Kentucky always told the best ghost stories. It did end up with the twins in their parents bed for the night tho. 

DC also wanted to always give candy to his friends in the woods but Kentucky and Georgia never would let him
