Imagine #44- She's A Good Salesman

Hey guys! I know it's been so long but school has been crazy and I really needed to crack down in order to do as well as I wanted! I know this imagine is pretty bad but the ones I'm working on right now WILL be an improvement from this! I love you all and thanks so much for reading!

Your P.O.V.

I was going around the neighborhood, selling the girl scout cookies. Yea, I was really old to be selling them but it was fun and it looked good on a college application along with the other things I did.

Anyway, I had gotten 20 boxes and I was pretty happy, I was getting close to 150, which was my goal this year.

I brought my little sister so that it wasn't embarrassing and because I usually got more cookies when she was there (we pretended she was selling.)

We walked up to a white house and it was beautiful. I had never really walked this far in my neighborhood but I really needed to reach my goal.

I held my sister's hand and we walked up the steps. She knocked on the door and I stood behind her.

"Coming!" Someone screamed from inside.

I heard footsteps approaching the door and it swung open. A really hot boy smiled and said "Hi. How can I help you?"

For a second I just stood there and took in the glory of his presence. This boy was reallly cute.

My sister turned around and hugged me. She was pretending to be nervous and shy about asking.

"Hi, I'm sorry. My sister is really shy and she was wondering if you wanted to buy some Girl Scout cookies." I said while laughing and rubbing her back.

"Oh! Of course! Why don't you both come in."

"It's nice to meet you I'm (Y/N) and this is my sister Olivia." I said to the attractive boy.

"Well, it's nice to meet you too; I'm Matthew by the way, but you can call me Matt. I just moved into this house a few months ago and it's nice to finally meet someone my age." He said while leading us to a table.

I laughed and sat down in the seat. 

"So, can I have 4 tagalongs, 2 thin mints, 2 samoas, and 2 Do-Si-Dos?" Matt asked my sister. 

My sister smield really wide and nodded her head. 

"Matt! That was really generous of you! You are really helping Olivia out." 

Olivia ran over and gave him a hug. He smiled and then I went over a hugged him as well. 

"Olivia coud you go let my dog in?" Matt asked her.

She ran over to the screen door and started to pet the dog.

He turned to me while she was fangirling over the dog and said "How about we hang out tomorrow? You could tell me about school and this neighborhood and this town."

"Yea that sounds great. It would be nice to have more than 2 people my age to hangout with."

My phone buzzed and my mom wanted us home. We said our goodbyes and right as we were about to leave Matt grabbed my shoulder.

"I almost forgot to give this to you." Matt winked at me and closed the door behind us.

I unfolded the piece of paper and it had Matt's number.

Olivia and I walked out together and I was so excited for tomorrow; I could get to hang out with my hot neighbor!

The next day...

School had just ended and Matt texted me a few minutes later. 

Matt: Hey (Y/N), wanna come over around 3:00?

Me: Sure, I'll see you then!

I rapidly ran up the stairs to my room and changed into a new outfit. It was spring time, so I wore a flowly top and some jeans.

I started walking to the house and was pretty nervous. Matt was so cute but I barely knew him. I just felt like everything would be awkward.

I finally reached the door and rang the doorbell. I waited for a few seconds and heard Matt talking. 

Matt opened the door and smiled. He gestured me in and I sat down on the couch in his living room. A few minutes later he came back and said "Sorry that was my mom, she's been away for bussiness and was checking up on me." 

"Oh okay. So Matt, how are you? How's the new school working out for you?" 

"It's different, I lived in California where's it's all relaxed and find what you love. It's not as much pressure to get into good colleges or find where you're going. I miss a lot of my friends but I can't wait for the change of seasons, I think I'm okay so far. Besides that paper for Mr. Maleto." 

I shook my head and said " I know he's so boring and really obnoxious. He's a good teacher but I don't like his 

"Approach towards grading." The two of us said in unison. 

"Do you wanna go do something? Maybe go on the trampoline?" Matt asked me. 

I nodded my head in excitement. I loved jumping on trampolines! 

He slid open the back door and I ran onto the trampoline.

For about an hour we just talked about the neighborhood, school, and cool places around this town and the surrounding towns as well.

Matt offered to teach me this easy game that's really fun on the trampoline.We would count to three and then both jump really high and sit after. Someone could get double-bouncedand send them flying. It seemed intense. 

Matt kept getting double-bounced and I was so jealous. 

"I wanna go that high, stupid gravity wants me on the ground." 

We did another round and this time I was determined to bounce really high. 

We counted to three and I jumped as high as I could. Matt started to fall before me, he hit the trampoline a spilt second before and I went soaring. 

I was higher than all of his times combined! It was totally crazy. I was laughing and also really scared at the same time.

I started to come down and saw Matt standing up. I approached the ground faster and faster and miracously landed in the arms of an angel. 

"Oh thanks Matt." 

He smiled at me and said "You look really pretty when you smile."

"Awww thanks Matt; that's really sweet of you." 

Matt was still holding me and he was starting to lean in. 

I was getting really nervous, I hadn't kissed a boy in liek a year. Should I lean in too? Is he going to kiss me? 

Before I could totally process everything going on, he was centimeters away from my face. 

He softly kissed my lips and the kiss intensified. I barely knew this boy but something about him was different. 

He wasn't like the guys around here; who were too obsessed with everything else going on to understand feelings. It's like he knew what I was thinking sometimes. Like he didn't mind the things that were different about me. 

It was just the start of something beautiful but I knew anything that had Matt in the future would be a good thing.
