It's Vincent's birthday so y'all already know what's up.

Also, he had an early birthday party on July 11th and I will be basing this story off of that and doing my own twist on it
———————————————————————————

*Vinnie's POV*

I open my eyes with a fresh breath of morning air. The sunlight peaks through the curtains and I smile. I engulf the sheets and realize that Y/N is not in bed with me. Any other day I would've been annoyed that she wasn't beside me but...it's my birthday.

I smell food cooking and I already know it's Y/N making me food. Once my birthday started to get closer, I told her often that I didn't want anything big. All I wanted was to hang out with her and the boys.

But she's stubborn and didn't like the idea of doing nothing. She wanted to celebrate. I appreciate her idea of wanting that for me, but I want to spoil her, she doesn't have to spoil me.

I slip on a shirt and make my way downstairs to where Y/N is. I almost ran into her as I was coming so fast. She was finishing up her food but made some for me too.

"Morning babe." I beamed and wrapped my arms around her from behind.

"Morning Vin." She replied. And her attention went to her phone.

I frowned a little. She normally pulls me into her arms and kisses me, but she didn't do that. All she said was 'morning Vin' and to make it worse, that's all she said.

She has to know it's my birthday, right? I mean she's been talking about everything she wanted to do.

I walked away to check the fridge. "Nice morning, isn't it?" I ask, trying to shuffle her thoughts. She knows it's my birthday. She has to.

She looked at me and shrugged. "I guess. But I gotta go to school."

School? She never told me she was taking a summer class.

"Love you." She said, kissing me on the cheek and grabbing her stuff to head out.

"Bye."

She walked out the door. I started eating and then she came in a few minutes later.

"Oh hey Vinnie,"

She remembered. My eyes lit up like an excited child as I awaited to hear what she had to say.

"Can I borrow your car? The BMW? My car's battery is dead."

Wow. So she really forgot my birthday. I understand that she's got a lot on her mind, but come on. I felt empty from her dryness.

She didn't wish me a happy birthday.

Didn't even acknowledge it.

And if there was one person I wanted to hear it from, it was her.

And she has school.

On my birthday.

She walked out again and I rolled my eyes. I opened my phone to see messages from friends and family.

Jett-yoooo happy birthday!!!

Saul- happy fucking birthday bro!

Mom- happy birthday honey!

Dad- what's up? Happy bday

Reg- happy birthday ugly

I smile at their messages and messages from other people. They all remembered but Y/N.

I spent a few minutes going through my phone in my room, replying to messages and seeing the things fans sent. Then I shut off my phone with a sigh and turn on my game.
