Chapter 75 Dracas Royal Battle Royale

A couple of days after the trial King Julien announced his challenge of strength against me, as a 'goodwill tournament'. It consisted of me, my party, and the 12 strongest members of the Dracas Royal Family. Though I thought it was partially rigged since, King Julien, Myself, Prince Drake, Dragonia, Yami, and Hikari all had a bi for the first round. If I win round two, which I am pretty confident that I will, I will face the winner of King Julien and the winner of his bracket in the first round, who I assume will be King Julien.

The first round is 9 matches all decided 'randomly' where each of my fiancees is teamed up against a dragonkin from the Dracas Royal and Noble families. They are recognized as some of the strongest in all of Dracas, and all have the ability Dragonoid. The first of the pairings are Anne vs. Saphira Eragon from the house Eragon, she has blue hair and bluish scales, and a gold level magic type soul skill. Then there is Colna vs Prince Draco Faust Dracas. He is the second prince of Dracas, with a gold level combat type soul skill, the winner of this match faces Yami. Next is Beph against Su Long, a double blue level combat and nature-type soul skill holder, and the winner of this round faces Hikari. Then Cara vs. Ryu Tei, an old-looking dragonkin woman with gold-level magic type soul skill. Then I face the winner of Circe and Tia Mat, an elegant dragonkin with a gold-level magic type soul skill. As much as I want Circe to win, I think Tia Mat has the better chance. Circe isn't weak by any means but Tia Mat's Dragonoid form would be highly resistant to Circe's fire magic and mind/spirit magic. Next is Iris against Faf Nir who has a gold-level combat type soul skill. The winner of Gabrielle and Ba Humut, a gold-level combatant, will face Dragonia. The winner of Lilin and Dragonia's cousin Long Faust faces King Julien. And the winner between Lena and Ryu Faust faces Prince Drake. I just hope no one gets too hurt.

In the first match, Anne easily takes the win against Saphira Eragon, but it was an exhilarating fight to watch. She will face the winner of Cara and Ryu Tei. The second match was also thrilling to watch but Prince Draco will be the one to face Yami. In the third round, Beph narrowly beat out her opponent Su Long and will be the one to face Hikari. Though seeing how tired she is I think Hikari is a shoo-in for the win of that one. Cara and Ryu Tei were kind of interesting to watch since they are both apparently spirit mages, though Ryu Tei was able to edge out Cara by the thinnest of margins thanks to the physical prowess of her Dragonoid form. She will be the one to take on Anne in the next round. Like I called, I will be facing Tia Mat. After that round, I felt a little bad for Circe because the match-up was so uneven.

"It's okay, at least I don't have to face you Wats that would be too scary," Circe says half-heartedly

"Why would that be scary, I would just sweep you into my arms and kiss you in front of everyone in the stadium until you gave in from embarrassment," I said smiling

"Hahaha. Honestly, that might be worse than actually having to fight you." Circe says while laughing. She then kisses me.

"Would it really be so bad?" I ask mischievously

"No, because I would have you all to myself, though I don't think the audience would be very happy with that 'fight'" Circe says affectionately. She then goes to get cleaned up and change her clothes. I watch her go smiling to myself.

In the next match, Iris clean-swept Faf Nir. She has a bi in the second round but faces the winner of Beph and Yami. In the next match, Ba Humut easily beat Gabrielle. She took quite a few hits, so I was worried she had gotten hurt especially with that last hit she took, but when I went to check on her she said she was fine. Her (foresight) saved her and she was able to absorb much of the impact so she wouldn't get too hurt. I cheered her up with some candy and a short cuddle break. In the next match, Lilin was able to beat Long Faust but I think she will struggle against King Julien. Lena was also able to beat her opponent Ryu Faust, but I am even more worried about her facing Prince Drake.
