When I woke up, I felt a cool wet towel on my forehead. I was laying down on a bed that was not mine. I looked around and saw all my party members, Iris, and Rei.

"You're finally awake!" Anne says tears streaming down her face.

"Ughhhg" I groan feeling sore and heavy. "How long have I been out?" I ask slowly

"Three days," Iris says plainly.

"Danna-san, you need to take it easier, the doctors said you overused soul energy, you could have died if not for Iris!" Lilin tearfully interjects.

I turn back to Iris and notice dark circles under her eyes and light traces of tears on her cheeks. Everyone looks so worried. "What happened to Culo?" I ask carefully

"He is alive but he also seems to be suffering overuse of soul energy, last I heard he has yet to wake up. Were you able to incarnate with your soul fragment?" Beph asks curiously

"Yes, I was able to do so because I briefly released all my soul energy as well as had some soul energy from all of you. I guess I was able to survive because my soul was tied to all of you." I say solemnly. I could have hurt them and I never would have been able to forgive myself if I did.

"Before you apologize babydoll look at your soul energy." Iris interrupts

I close my eyes and direct my will inward. The first thing I notice is a new derivative skill under [protector] gold level (rampant). I have no idea what it means or does, I'll have to try to activate it later. The next thing I notice is that all my other derivative skills are at gold level. "My soul skill derivative skills are all gold level..." I mutter opening my eyes

"When you incarnated with your soul fragment a huge amount of soul energy traveled through our soul connections. We unknowingly absorbed a lot of it. The five of us engaged to you more so" Iris explains

"What do you mean?" I ask

"My soul skill is now gold level and my derivative skill you [unlock]ed for me is now blue." Anne answered proudly

"My soul skill didn't change but my derivative skill also leveled up to blue level." Lena chimes in cheerfully

"I now have two blue level soul skills, and a green level derivative skill (empath)," Beph announces

"My [spirit manipulation] is now gold level and my derivative skill is now blue level dear" Cara answers happily

"My soul skill also became gold level and my derivative skill blue level." Lilin agrees

"Master my soul skill raised to blue level and I now have a green level derivative skill (craft)." Colna says

"My [fire manipulation] is now blue and I have a green level derivative skill (dream state) now" Circe answers boldly

"I have gold level soul skill and blue level derivative skill (foresight)" Gabrielle says shyly

"I am now a black level life/soul mage and I have a gold-level derivative skill (quick cast)" Iris says flatly

"So everyone basically rose a level?" I asked shocked

"Yeah pretty much." Iris answers flatly

"ughhgh " I groan pained as I try to sit up.

"Babydoll you need to rest, I cast healing magic on you but you are still hurt, Culo did some pretty big damage to you, not to mention you overused your soul energy. It will be at least another two days before you are fully healed." Iris warns
