When we came out of Guilla's office she called over Lilin and Lena. She asked if they want to go through a full soul review. They said not really but if it was necessary they would. Guilla told them they are considered to join as green level adventurers if they go through the soul review which seemed to light a spark in them and they both agreed. They then both went back into Guilla's office. About a half-hour later they both came out looking a little tired but also really happy. They were both holding green guild cards. Some adventurers choose a title or job class that they specialize in to help them find parties or teams to work in. Beph's title was "pacifier" someone who kept savage magic beasts and animals away from a party. A good "pacifier" is indispensable on long quests, and great for low-level non-subjugation quests like delivery and gathering. Lena's title was "pharmacist" someone who uses plants to treat others and is also usually really good at identifying plants. A great addition for gathering quests and can often serve as a medic if a team's healer is busy. Lastly, Lilin came out with the job class Healer. She would be invaluable to any team because everyone always needs a healer.

Lena then begins to read out from the adventurer handbook that Guilla gave us"The difference between a job class or a title is a job class can receive bonuses for going on quests. Titles help specify what a person can do and are sometimes even given as a personal identification towards a single person. There are five official job classes and thirteen common titles to recognize. A person may hold one job class or remain blank. A person may have as many titles as they earn and can switch back and forth between what they use when posting or applying for quests. The Five official job classes are as follows; DPS focuses on damage output to enemies, Healer heals wounds and helps protects comrades, Scout helps scout ahead of party good at gathering info and fighting, Shield defends comrades and blocks enemy, Utility rare job class that can afford to do just about any task needed is the only official job class that can apply for job class bonus of other job classes. The thirteen most commonly used titles are as follows; common user of personality type soul skill, combatant- user of combat type soul skill, flora user of nature type soul skill dealing with plants, fauna user of nature type soul skill dealing with animals, mage user of magic type soul skill, pharmacist knowledgeable about plants used for healing and curing, pacifier use of skills or techniques to calm surrounding animals or savage magic beasts, aggravator use of skill or technique to rile surrounding animals or savage magic beasts, ranger user of ranged weapons or magic, trail runner able to maintain speed and dexterity to leave combat and call for help/reinforcements, forager good at identifying plants and/or clues on animal whereabouts and behavior, "---" slayer has slain or taken part in slaying a savage magic beast of gold or higher level, "---" King tamer/master of a creature of gold or higher level."

"Nii-san where's your guild card and what titles or job class do you have?" Lena asked after reading the handbook descriptions of her, Beph's, and Lilin's titles/job class.

"I don't have one yet. I have to do some kind of test first." I answer back

At that moment Guilla comes out of her office and says the first one is ready. We go out back and there is a huge dirt circle with a diameter of about a kilometer, on the side stand 50 green-ranked adventurers including that Garf dude from earlier. Looks like he has been treated with some healing magic. When we come out all the heads turn to us well to Guilla to be more precise. She addresses all the gathered adventurers and thanks them for their time. She then announces that the reason they have gathered here is to test an adventurer for the blue rank. She then points to me and I step up. Most of the adventurers here think it is some kind of bad joke and start laughing.

"Hah he's just a kid, probably barely awoken a soul skill. How cocky can he be to think he can challenge the 50 of us to become a blue-ranked adventurer." Someone random calls out.
