Bartumus led us to the Northern shopping district, and it was much larger than the shopping district of Fortuna. There were street vendors selling food, high-class equipment shops, apothecaries, auction halls, smithies, antique shops, game shops, and even specialized artifact shops.

"Are all these shops owned by different people?" Colna asks bewildered

"Not all, some people own multiple shops in different shopping districts or multiple shops in the same district but for the most part yes." Bartumus answers

"Look, there is an adventurer guild branch here as well." Circe happily points out

"How many guild branches are in the city?" I ask

"Unlike Fortuna that only has one, Humana has 6 different branches throughout the whole city. Along with a few private adventuring companies. That is the Northern Humana branch." Bartumus answers back calmly

"I've never been inside an adventurer guild" Gabrielle mutters softly

"Did you want to go? All of us are registered adventurers so we get discounts at guild run locations." I say pointing to Lena, Beph, Circe, and Colna

"Really? No wonder you are so strong." Gabrielle answers back

"Meh, there are plenty of adventurers stronger than I am. I am only a blue-ranked adventurer." I tell Gabrielle politely

"Then I would like to register as an adventurer and become stronger as well," Gabrielle says firmly

"Alright, we can go and get you registered," I say easily

"Will you guys go with me, I'm a little scared," Gabrielle asks timidly

"Of course we will" Beph answers smiling

"The Northern Humana branch also houses part of the Fyreed Order archives. Only Fyreed Order mages and Gold level and higher adventurers can access them though. It also only holds the works of fifth class mages." Bartumus explains

"So I can access those archives right?" I ask playfully

"Of course, you are a Fyreed Order Mage first class. I doubt that there are any archives you won't be granted access to if you ask." Gabrielle insists seriously

"Well for now, why don't we get you registered. I can come back and look at the archives some other time." I say cheerfully. Plus I know that other guild branches also have Fyreed Order archives up to the fourth class and that the Fyreed Order has a full archive in at least every Capital city of every nation. I can ask Emperor Humana where it is later.

We went in and were easily able to register Gabrielle as an adventurer. Since I showed my guild card the clerk was very nice to us. She even put me down as a reference for Gabrielle's registration so she could register as a red-level adventurer straight away.

We exited the guild and began to wander from shop to shop. I bought some snacks to bring back for Anne, Cara, Lilin, and Ciara from a few vendors. The girls wanted to look at one of the clothing shops, but I didn't want to be pulled into one of Lena's dress-up games so I told them we could meet up at the guild in a few hours. I also had Bartumus stay with them.

I began wandering around the northern shopping district. There was an auction happening in one of the auction halls so I wandered over there. There were a lot of people dressed really nicely, mostly nobles and really successful adventurers. I felt a little out of place and underdressed, but the security guard quickly let me in when I showed my ID.
