Inspired by Season 4 episode 5
Buck and Eddie had been secretly dating since Christmas, they didn't try and hide it but they both were big fans of PDA. When the perfume factory imploded Eddie's first thought was on Buck, he was still in there somewhere. Knowing that it was for Buck made him even more desperate to help. A dark mass on dangling off a rope made his heart flutter. Eddie darted ahead of the others practically snatching the dangling rope, him and the others from the 118 tugged on it freeing the pinned man. Buck looked at Eddie with such a look in his eyes that made them both almost cry. "Buck you okay?" Eddie asked staring into the puppy dog eyes, Buck had never looked so broken, "I don't know I feel numb." Eddie moved to put an arm round Buck as a way to comfort him, "This is one of the times that I wish the 118 knew," "I know but I can make up for it tonight," Buck playfully winked.
